Even he says that he's not very good at guitar, more that he just knows a few scales that he can rip decently well as well as more basic songs. I think they fit well, but definitely are pretty generic.

If you want some fun guitar improv and good shred sessions on UA-cam go listen to thedooo, or just go with the classics and get yourself some Buckethead, some Hendrix, some BB King, even some Clapton if you like white boy blues. Oh what I wouldn't give to go back and attend a few more of those Hendrix shows, he always was innovator far ahead of his time.
