Bummer! Pittsburgh and Daytona dolly won't work on tires wider than 9" or 11"
You have to buy expensive Sunex dolly for 180.00 just to have 12.5" capacity.
I'll man handle it and Put on tires the old fashion way
Looks like they've jacked the price up since this video. They don't seem to sell in a kit anymore. As of May 13, 2023; It's $150 a piece for the dollies and $50 for the storage stand. Total is $694.95 before tax. Looks like you can sometimes get a coupon to drop the price to $119.99 for the dolly (around black Friday/December).
They 100% sell as a kit, $399. Just saw it in store three weeks ago. It’s 4/10/24
These would be great to keep in the trunk of a car and push cars away who cant park in parking stalls properly .

Speed Academy tried the regular Pittsburg ones years ago. The casters are super low quality and have a ton of resistance. These definitely seem to be worth the extra price.
yeah i have no complaints with these, the casters seem great!
@@PoorManMods it seems like the Pittsburgh stuff is for "I only really need it on rare occasions", and the Daytona stuff is a realistic alternative to name brands.
@@heyhayhay247 yes id agree 100%, Daytona, Icon and their other higher end brands are certainly geared towards the professional
Great video. I was interested in how well these do on a less than ideal floor. Mine isn't quite as bad as you describe yours. Mine was broomed when they finished it for some reason so it is not smooth it is more like a sidewalk or driveway which sucks for stuff that rolls like jacks and creepers.

What's the widest tire wou put on them? The Pittsburgh dollies were not big enough for mine. I'm going to try these on Sunday. 🤞 I do everything by myself at 110 lbs.

@@Jeeper1378 No, but I bought them and my tires fit fine on them. I have P225/70/R15 on front and P255/60/R15 on rear. They work good but at first it takes some effort to get them rolling if the wheels aren't perfectly lined up in direction you want to go. I weigh 107 lbs and can lift it and move it by myself. It rolls over my out of garage well and I can spin the car around in the driveway. Probably more info than you needed. Sorry.😊
Can you move the cars with just two dollys? I’m sure it would be a pain but for someone who needs to move it once?

Pretty sure I am picking these up now from your video... I have a small 2 car garage with a maxjax midlift on one side and at times I often would like more space between the cars and having these to push my STi over up against the one wall would be nice to give me an extra couple feet...
One thing I noticed is when you crank these on how do you ensure that all of them are "level"... IE: What if one side is higher than the other, does that even matter? IE: Do you count the times that you push the crank down with your foot to ensure that each one is at the correct height? What happens if one corner is slightly higher than another corner? Does that affect moving the vehicle at all? Now that you've had these for at least 3 years... how have they held up?
I know the "Name" brand versions of these are easily $1500+... so just wondering if I should just get those even though the HF price seems so nice to swallow compared to the name brand ones...

Where to buy at 399.00?
Nowhere, seems the price has gone up. Using the harbor freight coupon database, you can see that April 2019 was the last time they had a coupon to get these for 89.99 (89.99*4 = 359.96 + the $49.99 storage rack (with a coupon I'm assuming) = 399). The most recent coupon expired 12/26/22 to get them for 109.99. Prior to that there was Black Friday coupon that expired 11/23/22 to get them for 119.99.
