GoPro Snow: Travis Rice's Dream Line with Karma Grip in 4K

Yeah too much stabalisation, still one of the best GoPro videos I've seen but I know what you mean. This guy just snow boarded off the summit of a mountain and an insane incline and it felt quite safe and steady on camera.

Gimbals are great for 3rd person shots (aka follow cam), but not so much for 1st person POV. Because the gimbal removes all the critical motion; lean, yaw, etc; and we lose the connection with the athlete's action. We might as well be watching a drone gliding down that mountain. There are better ways to stabilize the vibrations out of a POV video without "throwing the baby out with the bathwater".

I also agreee, don't use karma grips for a video like this without edit and music. Use only for editing on the music and making a music video of the best moments. For this kind of video people want realism. Not, movie production and perfection.
