Hi Zac- Very nice job. LOTS of useful info..In '65 and '66 (age 11-12) we lived in Laurel View Estates, near Rocky Ridge. We loved it there (3513 Laurel View ln) and regretted moving. Now at age 70 Im moving back from Los Angeles. A different house, but same area. Do you have any vids perusing that 35216 area? Also, is my old address (above) considered Hoover, or Vestavia Hills? Ive seen both. Thnx! Steve
My brother lives in Center Point. I’m in the process of selling my house in Los Angeles and moving out that way and would really appreciate what you can send me. My wife and I are retired and looking to downsize as far as price.
Like many cities crime is mostly relegated to certain areas. Its not any more dangerous tuan any other city. The burbs are great and low crime. Low cost of living.
