Congrats on the run, hope you are fully recovered from Covid. It has a habit of staying with you longer than you think. What a fantastically beautiful place! It's what I miss most from Northern Britain. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning! From experience it is surprisingly hard to get a bad photograph, but that footage is stunning. Thanks.
Hi Martin. Thank you very much for your comment! I’m fully recovered from Covid now. Unfortunately my wife Kirsty came down with it yesterday, so there’s probably a good chance I will get it again…. Thanks, as ever, for your feedback. Always greatly appreciated. Rannoch is a very beautiful place. The sun was shining that weekend so as you say, it’s hard not to get a good shot. Many thanks again!
Thank you for filming this! I’m considering this half marathon this year and was intrigued to see the course! I was expecting it to be on rugged terrain so it was good to see it’s all on road. Well done!!
Hi there ! I have booked this for this year , and was wondering how do the runners get down to the startling line if they leave there cars at the finish ?
I believe that the half and full marathons both start and end at the same point - a park at the east end of the Loch where you can also park. It has been this way for a number of years now.
Loved watching this vlog! Great run and great views! 👏
Thank you so much!
Well done, that was a good watch and as you say, run in beautiful countryside.
Thank you very much! Appreciate that 👍

@@Swiftfilmsuk I am sorry to hear that! I hope that the rest of you can somehow avoid catching it and she makes a swift recovery. (pun intended.)
Thank you very much. And pun appreciated!

It's one of my favourite running events! I think I will be coming back in October. Best of luck if you do do i!
Definitely recommend the Loch Ness marathon as it's definitely the prettiest race I have ran (also much prettier route than the Loch Ness 10k)
Great stuff! Well done. Fancy the full marathon?
Thank you very much! I would love to run the Rannoch Marathon, however I’m currently managing a few running injuries. Maybe next year…
