Hi Leena. Thank you for doing this content for us! I'm a Christian but I do find it interesting what other religions do. Thanks again, God bless you and Omar!
Hello Leena I'm from Texas too and love watching your channel. I'm not subscriber. I just want to add that I love that your true to your religion as I'm to my catholic faith. I believe in women supporting women. I watch your show because your true style of life and being a strong mother and loving wife.❤
@@Withloveleenaofficial Hi Leena, i have a question. I thought muslims didnt change their surnames? Is that a personal choice you made when you got married? Im a tad confused.
@@ilhan691 Muslim women are not obliged to change their surnames however if these chose to they can incorporate their husbands last name after marriage while still keeping their own surnames too, Hope that made sense
You could use the pink stuff to clean your stove it really works but you have to leave it on there for 15 minutes and your sink and counters I hope that helps❤
I really, really enjoy your videos. I admire your values and am inspired to be a similar mother and wife as you some day in sha Allah! Rooting for you to reach 1 mil!!! 🎉
It always does seem when youre pregnant that the time flies by and also slow at the same time. I can’t wait for Ramadan. I’ve been cleaning like a mad women. Alhamdulillah, I feel so prepared this year.
Leena thank you so much for sharing these recipes ❤ 💕 I've been thinking for a long time about what I was going to eat for iftar and this helped a lot. I wish you and you're family a great Ramadan.🥰😍
Ramadan Mubarak!!! Love your videos so much!!! Definitely needed a reset video to make me productive today as I’m such a mess right now!! 😭 lots of love Leena ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I related so much to the not fasting part. I feel so guilty for not being able to fast due to health reasons. I wake up for suhoor and try but then forced to break my fast. But you really motivated me to change my mindset and use the energy I got to deepen my connection to Allah and my deen🤍
I loved your perspective of Ramadan and prayer/meditation. It's such an important goal.❤ I think that spinning sink cleaner would be great for people who have arthritis or any kind of challenge with dexterity.😊 The black abaya is gorgeous!! There are so many beautiful designs in black with crystals, beads. They look so elegant and regal! 🥰
Ramadan Mubarak to you and your family inshallah you're glowing mashalla and just absolutely love this topic it was so calming and reminding all of us to remember Allah in our own way ❤
Aww, i am expecting too. I couldn't fast this year. But, I made my goal to read the Quran and make Dua as much as possible. I plan to start documenting my journey becoming a muslimah here on youtube too! 🤍 love and light to you. its such a exciting time!
Nice Vlog Leena! I mostly, come for the food and decor, I hope that's okay? Lol. I found your channel, I think four years ago. I wasn't looking for eye candy or anything like that. I had taken a course in 2017. I think, it was called Customs of Death & Cultural Traditions. My class we covered different form of bereavement but also, different cultural events like, Ramadan. I was interested to learn more about that and the Hijab. I think, I took Cross Cultural Issues the year after as well. But your channel was one of the first that appeared.
OMG!! I was like damn stressed because of my final exams and I'm studying rn and I recieved a notification when I opened I saw this🥺 Thank you leena! You made my day❤
Ramadan Mubarak to everyone who is fasting! I am not Muslim and I was hoping someone could answer a question :) Say you were pregnant one year and breastfeeding the next year during Ramadan, and then you have to catch up on the fasting - would you then need to fast for two months the next year? :) I don't often hear from Muslims who have to make up a lot of days and I am curious how it works in practice :)
Speaking of feeding a person - can you choose to do that instead of making up your fast? In some circumstances, Muslims cannot fulfill their religious obligation to fast in Ramadan. Doing make up fasts are preferred, but another option is offering fidya or kaffara to compensate. Fidya is a donation paid by Muslims who cannot fulfill the obligation of fasting due to illness or old age. Fidya payments are meant to feed a miskeen (person in need) for each of the fasting days missed and are equivalent to the price of one meal each for two people or two meals for one person. The estimated cost, on guidance from the Fiqh Council of North America, is $10 for each day missed or $300 for all of Ramadan. Hope it helps!
We can do like the previous comment explained. In my case I prefer to make up fasts no matter how long it takes before I finally get to do that. I breastfed for two years after I gave birth and got pregnant 15 months after. I made up my fasts while breastfeeding the second baby, last year. And right after it tried to fast ramadan besides 13 days at the end where I couldn’t. I am pregnant now and didn’t get to make up for those days as I was sick a few times and also breastfeeding still for the 4th year, almost back to back. I might not fast this ramadan as I need water otherwise I keep getting contractions. And will try to make up for it sometime after I give birth and feel able to, whenever that happens. I also make sure I take notes of days I have to make up for because it says in case a person dies you can make up for their fasts. So my husband and close family know that and can either make up for them through fast or feeding the poor.
Salam sister! Nice to see you again! Such an amazing volg. I really loved the recipe I'm definitely gonna try it because your all the recipes are always so delicious. And Very much loved the both dresses but the black one is soo stunning and you look so gorgeous in it. Sister you're so sweet ,hardworking and so inspiring to us.
