You know what would have been cool? If those IRs would (absolutely unexpectedly) be part of a free update for Petrucci Plugin owners. You know...customer orientation and stuff 😁I know, I know...people always want to have free stuff. Get it. But just look at e.g. updates we get for the line6 helix native. Tons of amps, cabs, effects as FREE updates for years. Particularly when it comes to native, I´d say a comparison is somehow fair. When it comes to customer friendliness, i´d always go for line6 again - just because of such stuff. I own close to every single NDSP plugin (just morello and darkglass is missing), so I paid a lot for your software already.
80 bucks for a bunch if IRs? Not sure folks...
The IRs aren't a NeuralDSP thing though (even though they're promoting it here).
i think the price is too much, considering the amount of great cheaper options. One cab in Wall of sound by Two Notes costs 10 bucks and it's actually lots of IR's packed in a cool interface with virtual microphones and stuff. I think it's great for hardcore Petrucci fans, but I don't understand it as a regular product for metal producers and guitarists at that price point, sorry

Can these IRs be loaded into the quad cortex?
Yes, you can load them into anything, plugins, modelers, or any IR loader (Two Notes Cab M, etc.)

yes, but i don't think with the same quality of plugin.
The lenght in QC is shorter as plugin (qc has 21ms, the plugin has longer ir loader)
Yes you can but read your manual about which sample rate are suitable for it 😉

Honestly. I did not know you can play all sounds of the respective track just switching from one amp section to the other. I was actually really disappointed that no lead sounds where incorporated in the presets. Need to check this out
