- As you all know, I’m also the one who packs the SHE products may it be local or international. This is my first time ever in my 2 years of operating SHE, it arrived to my reseller as damaged. Grabe, I lost a lot of money because of this. And, caused me a lot of stress! I don’t know if it was due to my shortcomings or my courier. Bahala na kayong maghusga!

Just a piece of advice, aside from the sealed sa box, dapat may sealed din yan na pini-peel off na plastic sa ibabaw ng mismong product like sa mga korean cushions. Hindi dapat open yang product. Yun lang naman.

When u open the item, you allow the oxygen to enter and have it exposed. That is precisely why cosmetics must be sealed and must be remained unopened to avoid contamination and oxidation.

Im also selling and shipping cosmetics abroad, that never happened to me,you just need to improve the quality of your cosmetics. Dont assume that someone sabotage your products. Dont take my opinion as negative thing. Hope this will help.

Curious ako sa mga sumusunod na bagay:
1. Ano ang melting point nung mga products na natunaw?
- Pwede kasing mababa talaga ang melting point nung product kaya during shipping e pwedeng dun natunaw bago nakarating sa reseller sa UK. Malaking factor dito ung formulation nung produkto, kasi ito ang magdedetermina kung mataas o mababa ang melting point nung product.
2. Based sa video, pina-ship ang products via air. Ang tanong ko dito, saan at paano inimbak ung product bago ikarga sa eroplano? Ibinaba ba muna ung parcel sa isang warehouse bago ikarga sa eroplano?
- Pwede kasing bago ikinarga sa eroplano, e ibinaba muna sa isang warehouse ung parcel. Kung nangyari ito, pwedeng naexpose sa init ung product, lalo na kung hindi nababantayan kung gaano kainit sa loob ng warehouse. At ulit, dito pumapasok ung melting point nung produkto, kung mababa ang melting point tapos naexpose for some time sa temperature na mas mataas sa melting point, e talagang matutunaw ung product.
The packaging is enough for the product to be protected. If ever na ma damage yung make up is Dapat yung cover broken din. Looks like May dumutdot ng make up. If ever na weather affects the consistency ng make up Dapat pati foundation. You can have it tested if May traces of skin tissue. If 2 days lang ang shipping to UK then that means there’s no time na magkaroon ng long exposure sa heat or anything that will cause it to melt. How many days before the recipient reported it to you. Baka May negligence on the part of the recipient. Just saying....

Lesson learned. You should complain and reimburse your shipping costs to the courier company. The cosmetics must have put in the non-heat resistant section of the plane, OR somebody must have sabotaging your business. Just my two-cent.

hindi un kasalanan ng courier.. dpt tlga ipapack mo ng maayos lalo na cosmetics.. may instances na pwede tlga mag melt. kita mo nung pinack niya nang my insulated material hndi na natunaw. ibig sabhn gnon dpt tlga ipack...madming online cosmetic sellers ang kulang sa ganito kaya maganda na nashare niya...

Hi ate Kris. I'm employee of DHL Express International Courier. But for now naka Maternity leave po ako. Suddgest ko din po ung Styro foam and bubble wrap. Makaka tipid ka po and sure n hindi po ma sisira. Naka accept n po ako ng madaming cosmetics even na sobrang layo ng country and yet walang nag reklamo po. If you have more questions po how to properly pack fragile items lalo na po sa malalayong lugar po.

Better sana if hindi madami patong patong in storage. Do not stack them so high. 3-4 boxes lang ang ideal. Invest in shelves siguro po.

KrisB to make sure hindi ito mag crack or yong pressed powder di siya maghiwalay or maging pulbos lagyan mo ng bubbles mga yan sa kahit na one item lang laging meron bubbles para kahit na hagis ng courier di sya masisira, minsan din nahuhulog yan box ganuon,kadalasan ang mga courier,delivery people toss lang sila ng toss no or bagsak nila ang box mo from the van lalo na kapag mabigat that happened to my balikbayan box meron 32inch colored tv wow pag bukas ng niece ko sa pinas crack yong tv screen and thats bec that new cargo company that i used bulagsak walang ingat sa pag handle ng bbboxes 1st time it happened to me n nagpadala ng tv na cracked ang screen, when in fact ive sent 3 tvs already there without damage and 2 tvs 19 inches and 4 computers bundle with monitors sa forex walang damage at all, so depends sa courier meron bulagsak they dont care about customer's packages.
It happened sometimes lalo na yung pagsort out ng package sa hub or sorting facility ng logistic company. Lalo na yung paghandle ng package ung mga driver o personnel tinatapon ung packages from hub to truck lalo pag magaan yan 😅 Ung melt naman nalagay yan siguro sa may makina ya kya ganyan...
I advise to file a damage claim sa logistic company na pinadalhan mo kung meron insurance o declared value ung items mo.
its the temperature melt the product, i think its happen to me when i send make up from london to Philippines. yung warehouse sobrang init. Pati mga chocolates melt lahat .
Sell the item for cheaper price. I would still purchase it the cushion is good tho.

Just saying PO baka Yan din po naging reason.nasabi mo nmn po na ikaw lahat PO hanggang sa packing Ng items.check nyo na Lang po mabuti para sure na wla damage,and d nyo na PO kelangan bukasan ulit. Siguro yan dahil galing sa mainit ang product like nga dito sa philippines. Then pinadala sya sa united kingdom which napakalamig. Then dahil nakarating ma sya dun syempre irerestore muna yan sa parang isang room bago ideliver. Eh dahil malamig sa uk sa labas kaya nagheheater sila sa loob kaya siguro naheater sya. Thats why natunaw sya. Kasi just like chocolate pansinin nyo just like chocolate kapag binili mo hindi mo niref hindi sya natutunaw. But kapag binili mo niref mo agad then aalisin mo sa pagkakarefmatutunaw na agad. Palagay ko ganun ang nangyari sa product nya..
I agree with some of the comments; kung nagmelt, dapat hanggang sa labas sya, hanggang sa salamin. Lalo na kung oily yung product. Kasi nagawa din ako for my own use and I've experimented a lot. Kung mainit, magsseep out muna yung oil tsaka sya magmemelt. So..... 🤔

Suggestion po, sana mahanap ka way na mas eco friendly ang product mo from manufacturing thrm to shipping them to end user.
Possible sa courier yung iba kase di inalala na di pede mainitan yung item parang yung kay j.s. nag bubble lipsticks dahil sa init habang dinideliver. Pero antindi nyan lusaw much 😓 pero kung sabotage pede mo sya pa investigate machecheck naman kung may ginamit sila if ever 👌🏻

not advisable, since it could be a sabotage done to those products, di natin alam ano nang mga chemicals ung nilagay nila dun para mag melt, or kung safe paba ung mga products since they went through a physical process called melting. bumili nalng ng bago talaga para walang hassle diba? i mean, would you really risk something you put to your skin for a 50-75% off? its risky diba? para safe nalng
I think if they have any damage not at all If like 100 Pcs I think the damage only like 3 Pcs or 5 but all.

nag work ako sa lazada sa factory kung san binabalot ung mga ishiship na inorder nila sa lazada. sa mga cosmetics na lane kahit naka box na ung item for example eyeshadow pallete naka box un diba pero ang ginagawa nila is ibababubble wrap tapos gagawan pa ng box ulit tapos non pag nagawan na ng box bubblewrap ulit para secure ung items at hindi durog durog pag dumating sa umorder. sana po makatulong po ung sinabe ko. Hi Ms. Kris, feeling ko po sabotage ung nangyari. Kung makikita mo po sa itsura kung pano na damage ung products niyo po, parang di naman dahil sa pagmelt. If ever din nagmelt yan tapos di naman nila tinataob taob or upright naman lagi ung position ng box, walang kaso po un kasi di naman un magcacause ng grabeng deformity tapos di rin mababawasan ung laman. Baka po sinadya talaga yan. Eh. As in lahat talaga damaged? Wala man lang nakaligtas. Impossible! Try mo po magexperiment. Iexpose mo ung product sa heat. Then kung ano mangyayari. At kapag inalog mo sya or nakaupright lang.

exactly my thought, we don't know exactly who did it but if it is indeed a sabotage then that would mean everyone who get a hold of the product/package is a suspect, that includes Kris, Lorna and the Happy Courier. The reason for sabotage? well, only the culprit knows.
