Hello mga Tangay! Here's a video answering questions on how much our last project cost to build. We started the build on July 19, 2022 with just 3 Team members as we were still finishing our Apartment Project then. The whole Team joined by October 2022.

Congratulations to the team & to the clients! If anyone's interested, total cost was around P4.6M for 120 sqm build = around P38k per sqm (2022 prices). This was a semi-luxury finish, I think. Add cost for inflation (10 to 15% per year).

Wow, great channel. The cost of building compare to Europe is really cheap. The whole building construction cost is less than £6000.
Oh I didn't know that! Thanks for the info. Generally speaking, everything costs cheaper in developing countries of you're bringing in money from overseas. I think that's the reason why so many expats are choosing to retire in countries where they can have more bang for their buck. So it's a good deal for them. 😊 thanks for watching!

Hello po. Good morning. Naku pasensya na po, walang name kasi pinatimpla lang po namin sa pintor. Basta Boysen po siya na white tapos nilagyan lang tinting color. Bale cool tone po siya na gray -- isa lighter shade, isa darker shade.
