This is our story how we started our Apartment Business based on a question sent to us. We also discussed when we started to plan for the apartment, how it actually came to be and how we financed our Apartment Build.
We were able to do it by God's grace. It was all by His grace that is why we call our Apartment ABG Apartments or All By Grace Apartments.

im thankful po na nakita ko ang video nu kasi im planning to start din po next year 2023 sa apartment business. na bili ko din po ang lupa ko 2008 galing din sa enbd loan ko pero noong nagkasakit at namatay ang mama ko di ko na napansin ang lupa at nawala na din ang pangarap ko at nagtravel ako at top ng top up sa loan... my loan pa din ako sa dib pero next year ang e top up ko at kng my bunos ako yon ang pasimula ko sa pagbuild... any advice po... salamat...

I am a nurse working in abu dhabi for 6 yrs now. I am really glad i found your channel po ma'am. For 4 yrs puro lakwatsa lang at shopping ang ginawa ko. Then pandemic hit an i learned a lot of lessons. Hndi pala maganda na walang ipon at passive income. Binge watching po your videos especially ung appartment business nyo. Nag loan din ako dati 75k aed binayaran ko for 4 yrs to pay student loans at lupa sa pinas. Sinabi ko sa sarili ko hndi na ako magloloan ulit. But heto po kayo you showed me positive side ng pagloloan. Okay pala magloan as long kumikita ung pupuntahan ng loan. Salamat po ma'am. God bless you and ur family po.

Ofw din ako for 12years sa Kuwait nagloan din ako noon sa bank sa Kuwait to buy ang lot ko maam at pangalawang loan ko pang dag2 ng pagawa sa bahay dahil ky Yolanda biglaan ang pag pagawa ko ng bahay..

OFW dn po ako... and bought a lot in an installment basis 7 years ago.. and building an apartment has always been my faith goal list every year. Praise God this year He fulfilled it. 1 storey commercial space furnished na and rented. Praying for the next move for the 2nd storey for the 2 rental unit. Wow sobrang relate ako sa video na to at until now naiiyak pa rin ako on how we started sa apartment namin. Me and my husband are both ofw (middle east) pero hindi nman po malaki
sinasahod namin. Meron lng kami malaki na pangarap hehehhe…Meron lng kaming maliit na saving + yong gratuity to start lng sa construction but not enough funds to para mabuo ang contract price. We dive and push sa construction since progress billing nman ang payment. We had only
funds to pay advance + 3 progress billing only. During the construction months , kung tipid lng pag uusapan nagawa na namin. nagluluto lng husband ko ng isang ulam good for 3 days meals tapos yong pa ng tatlong araw since kunti na lng natitira sa food dagdag na lng ng egg. there was a time when my flatmate said “oi lagi kang egg” . I just answered “ Kasi favorite ko egg” hehehe. kahit food sa jolibee wala muna para lang mabuo ang contract price. halos 6 months walang shopping , no resto , cut ALL unnecessary things ( though good thing is matipid/masinop naman tlga kami mag asawa). Napagawa namin ang apartment during Covid times 2021. construction period July 2021 - April 2022 medyo na delayed dahil sa Covid.
Praise God natapos at na hand-over siya ng April 2022 and rented out May 2022.
6 doors Unit apartment (1 bedroom with T&B)
Lahat ng pag titiis at pagtitipid , worth it nman ang result.
Pag may pangarap, focus at dapat determinado. Samahan ng madaming dasal. Pag may kulang , Si Papa God pupuno.

thank you po for sharing your experienced lalo na sa mga OFW. Siguro inputs ko lang po maganda din ung long term kung qualified pa tayo and ofcourse depende sa timeline kailan ka magretired. Kase if we do the math yes the bank will earned a lot from interest pero tayo as owner of the apartment will benefits more having extra cashflow. The longest the loan mas maliit po ung payment so we can have extra cash from rent dahil maliit lang bayad sa bank. just sharing lang din based sa own experience po. Again it always depends sa ating goal😇. kaya best is to have one and build it as soon as possible. God bless po.

Planning to put in AirBnb pag mag forgood na ako sa pinas soon. Meron narin akong 6 units na pinauupahan sa ngayon. And sana mag ka apartment rentals din soon.

First video of yours na napanood was about your regret regatding sa hindi pag renew ng passport just watched the video a while ago and so sorry to hear about what happened to your Ate… after the video nakita ko naman this video about how to start and run your apartment… and it made me really admire you on how you planned with regards to your money matters… actually ofw din ako dito sa dubai and been here for about 19 years and sad to say walang ipon… ang tanging investment ko lang for now is a 2 bedroom condo which is medyo nakakapagsisi din kasi walang income dahil ayoko sya ipa rent before sa dahilan lang na ayoko may gagamit na ibang tao sa mga gamit ko… and to think na much better pa nga na either kumuha na lang ako ng isang townhouse at least may sariling lupa at garage kpa unlike sa condo… kagandahan lang din naman ang una ko nabili after 2 yrs working sa dubai ay nabilan ko ng 3 br townhouse ang family ko (nanay tatay at kapatid) maliit lang pero ok na rin… then nagpa aral ako ng ilang pinsan ko na naka graduate din till college… then helping mga magulang at kapatid na di mo naman talaga matitiis at mga relatives din… pero tama ka dapat magtira para sa sarili… mahirap din pala talaga kapag puro bigay at the end ikaw ang walang ipon na sa ngaun yun ang kinaka stress ko… di ako maluho… di ako palabili ng gadgets… di rin mahilig sa jewelries… earrings ko nga from 2006 till now yun pa ren suot ko 😂😂😂 been here since 2004 and im 52 na parang feeling ko so old na para makaipon pa at makapag invest… kaya sa mga bata pa na nasa abroad be wise sa money nyo… masarap tumulong lalo sa magulang at mga kapatid pero parang mas maganda na mag invest ka rin para sa sarili mo… katulad ng sabi ni Ms _____ … mag invest… maganda talaga investment ang lupa dahil nag aapreciate sya… nakakainspire talaga itong video nyo na ito… thank you… will watch your other videos for sure marami pa akong matutunan from you… ❤❤❤
Hello po Te. Maraming salamat po for watching and for sharing your experience. I think andami nating kabayan na pamilya rin ang inuna like you. But nothing's wrong with that. You did well by sharing your blessings. You did so much for your family, I'm sure God saw all your sacrifices. Yung masakit lang is like you said, wala natira sa inyo. But it's not too late. Pwede pa po magstart ngayon. Since nabigay niyo na sa family niyo ang lahat, this time the priority is YOU. 😊 and they shouldn't feel bad if titiisin mo na sila this time. The best thing is yung mga napaaral niyo, sila naman po ang mag give back sa ibang family. Parang Pay it Forward naman, while kayo ay nagafocus sa sarili niyo naman.

Hello po! Bale kami ay nagpagawa ng apartment nung nasa abroad pa kami. Kumuha lang kami ng contractor and family namin ang sumisilip. QA-QC Engr ang husband ko kaya pag-uwi namin from abroad, marami siyang nakitang sablay and ang dami ring repairs. Pero since may contract kami, yung contractor ang nagrepair nun. May fault din kami kasi pinamadali namin sila matapos. But still, dapat good quality pa rin diba?
Anyway, pwede naman po na misis niyo ang mag-supervise pero best to get a good contractor with a good track record and maaasahan talaga. Best na may engineer na titingin. Mahirap kasi kung walang experience tapos siya ang maga supervise.
And okay lang din po na andiyan kayo para if may mga additional na need, may steady cash flow kayo. Hope this helps. 😊 God bless your build! 😊
