ik need help on win11 maybe i disabled some service?? cause right side of my taskbar isn't showing so language time etc but when I open something like task manager it appears again

I notice when this oocurs my windows spell check is also not optimal, it either won't suggest an obvious mispelled word or if it does, and I select the right one, it will add that word to the mispelled word instead of replacing it? It is those tmes the taskbar is also not giving me options when hovering mouse? Please help.

it was the icons that i had pinned to my taskbar, so lets say i pin chrome to my taskbar i wouldnt be able to see it.

My problem is minimized window not showing the picture pop up when I hover the mouse over it on the task bar.
Do I need to recycle my bin after I deleted the IconCache?

clearing the Icon Cache worked for me. FINALLY it was getting really annoying having blank spaces haha. Appreciate the tutorial!
how did you do it? registry? doing it with registry fixes it for me but i'd have to do it everytime i boot my pc

Unfortunately none of the 3 solutions worked for me. When I go to settings - > Select which icons appear on the taskbar, it's just empty
