haha! i dont know if youve noticed but chuck has been cranking up the guitar volume the whole time. its a common thing. idk why they build guitars with the knob so close to the bridge. its funny to see even him doing it. i think a lot of us who play guitar do that

It allows one to end their life by pressing a button, this song is about someone who is terminally ill and wants to die with dignity but "those with the power" prevent him from doing so.

Human had spectacular vocals as well, the low growly vocals from the previous records mixed with a hint of his later vocal style is an amazing blend.
To be able to play those insane leads while singing is beyond me, chuck was and will always be a god
