Allah has allowed ijtihad….which means you are told to change with changing times. In those times, men were teasing women who were without chadder. Now women who are wearing burqa or hijab and are looking different from rest of the world are being teased. Times have changed. Muslim men need to learn the Islamic way of being open minded and flexible. Please save your women from being teased and wear clothes which are acceptable in today’s civilized society.

Say to your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers that: they should let down upon themselves their jalabib.” So what is Jalabi? Jalabib جَلاَبِيْبٌ is the plural of jilbab جِلْبَابٌ , which means a loose outer garment. See any Arabic dictionary like Lisanu ’l-‘Arab, Majma‘u ’l-Bahrayn or al-Munjid. Al-Munjid, for instance, defines jilbab as “the shirt or a wide dress-القميص أو الثوب الواسع.” While al-Turayhi, inMajma‘u ’l-Bahrayn, defines it as “a wide dress, wider than the scarf and shorter than a robe, that a woman puts upon her head and lets it down on her bosom. This means that the Islamic dress code for women does not only consist of a scarf that covers the head, the neck and the bosom; it also includes the overall dress that should be long and loose. So, for instance, the combination of a tight, short sweater with tight-fitting jeans with a scarf over the head does not fulfill the requirements of the Islamic dress code.

Of course I've done my research and also came to the conclusion that headscarf is not compulsory. There are also others who have come to the same conclusion. Muslims are divided. There are many sects and even sub sects. Different translations and interpretations on various issues too. Not all Muslims even agree with each other on all issues. Not all Muslims think Ayesha was 9, that apostates should be killed or that music is haraam. And they will have their "evidence" and reasons. Some Muslims even believe drawing pictures of faces (like in your profile picture) is haraam. But there are those who think it's not haraam. If you want people to research and come to their own conclusions then you also need to accept that people have different conclusions..
I have researched and learn from taliban that hijab is compulsory women have to die if they don’t follow . But when education is compulsory then women have to die if they practice it.
Dearest sister, the Quran is crystal clear in this if you read a proper translation of surah Azhab from ayat 30 you will know that the surah was revealed for the wives of prophet only. Hadith always support the Quran remember that. So Quran deserves the first priority. Read it first.
1) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.” [al-Nur 24:31] 2) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And as for women past childbearing who do not expect wedlock, it is no sin on them if they discard their (outer) clothing in such a way as not to show their adornment. But to refrain (i.e. not to discard their outer clothing) is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.” [al-Nur 24:60] “Women past childbearing” are those who no longer menstruate, so they can no longer get pregnant or bear children. We shall see below the words of Hafsah bint Sirin and the way in which she interpreted this verse. 3) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [al-Ahzab 33:59] 4) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Enter not the Prophet’s houses, unless permission is given to you for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation. But when you are invited, enter, and when you have taken your meal, disperse without sitting for a talk. Verily, such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet, and he is shy of (asking) you (to go); but Allah is not shy of (telling you) the truth. And when you ask (his wives) for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen, that is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not (right) for you that you should annoy Allah’s Messenger, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him (his death). Verily, with Allah that shall be an enormity.” [al-Ahzab 33:53] Hadiths about hijab
Khumur is the plural of khimar does not mean veil at least practically, it does mean scarf, khimarul aswad is videliy practiced in Libyaand it covers bossum also
All the above verses are consistent with what Ghamdi has said in this video. Except that parts that are in parenthesis which the translator has added by themselves and are not part of the original verse.

Sahaba didn’t “interpret” anything. They “lived” with the prophet. But NO ONE knows how n what exactly they did 🤷♂️ so thats why we need interpretations now

I am not satisfied because there are too much material available from quranic point of view as well as from sunnah, but if someone interprets these quranic verses and ihadees and tries to misguide the whole ummah only by his own vision,then I think the impact of this interpretation and conclusion of javed Ahmed Ghamdi sahab would lead Muslim man and women towards vulgarity and nothing more than that. And the response towards this interpretation of ghamdi sahab can easily be observed in our TV talkshows in which women and even some Liberal take advantage of this interpretation of Ghamdi sahab. though I respect Ghamdi sahab but in many islamic maaters I am not satisfied with his point of view.
Mansoor sb, Ur observation and conclusion will not draw the codes. If u do not agree u simply need not to follow but people go extra mile to defend themselves and start naming others as they believe they are saviors of humanity. 2:58 Ghamidi sb says nigha taarnay wali nhi honi chahiye but in Quran sura Ahzab ayat 52 Allah says: "After that no other women are halal for you nor may you exchange them for other wives, even though their beauty might be pleasing to you, with the exception of any you own as slaves. Allah is watchful over all things". Please focus on the part in verse: "even though their beauty might be pleasing to you" (walaw aʿjabaka ḥus'nuhunna) ... Quran main sura Nur main sirf nazar mein shaistagi laanay ko kaha gaya hai.. matlab, zina na karnay se roknay ke liye, yaani buri niyat se na dekhna, shareef nazr se dekhna.

I don't remember some of female teacher's from just 5 years ago, because I would hardly ever even look at their faces, so kindly don't form any assumptions about me (that I am trying to liberalize Islam etc)... believe me, I am not. One thing i would like to mention that in surah al ahzab the hijab mention bu the word of jilbab which according to what i had study is a single piece of cloth from head to toe and obviously cover the face so how not that is compulsory Also i feel like hijab is mandatory. Just see the fitna around you so in that condition isn't that bcm compulsory to not to be a part of that fitna. Not at all brother . There are clear ahadith about the parda and other issues like music. When people are not willing to learn hadith and seerah and classical scholers of fiq ,hadith and tafseer like imam Shafi ,maliki , ibn taymiya ,imam Bukhari ,nawawi ...but only listen to youtube . There are clear hadiths about music being haraam . Full burqa outside home is almost mandatory .

@@syedarumana1478 Outer covering is a loose cloth (including Hair cover) (Word used for it in Quran is Jalabib which is a plural of Jilbab) worn over your clothes so the body doesn't get shown under it. Awrah of Women is from Head to Toes and Awrah of Men is from below Belly button to Knees (Awrah are places of a body that must be covered).
Islam is a modern religion and allows and encourages IJTIHAD. Time to change is now! The amount of importance Allah has given this topic is 2 or 3 ayat in the whole Quran. So maybe we can give more importance to Allah then to our own inflexibility and stubbornness….and focus on issues which are more important than a mere controversial piece of cloth.

You can look around all Muslim countries about how modest women are doing hijab and except the issue of face-covering or not, all are wearing an abaya and long & loose clothes including covering of hairs with a head scarf. There is no dispute among all major scholars of Islam about this issue. What Ghamdi sb is saying, is for such an ideal situation where are males and females are of such intellect and high moral values who would not lean towards one another if hijab is not properly followed what Muslim sisters are following.

@@sherrybaig3159 Its further on in Al Azhab, 35, that here the muslim women and men are addressed, and this is what is said: "For devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in charity, for men and women who fast, for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in Allah's praise - for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and greqat reward." Nothing here of women staying at home or covering their heads!

Jis tarah Baba parast log Qur'an se mazaar parasti ki daleel pesh kar dete hain, waise hi aap kai maamle me Qur'an ke zariye kai chor darwaaze khol dene ki jurrat karte rahte hain... Aap zaheen insaan hain, mai zaati taur pe aapki qadr karta hoon, magar ek request karta hoon, Qur'an aur Hadees ko phir se padhna start kar dijye, Allaah rahnumaai farma dega, insha'Allaah...
The rest is Allah will indeed gather everyone and our intent could not be hidden or cloaked by our words! We will know that day what we did and who we followed and with what intent!

None have even read the surah azhab. Allah has drawn the line between the wives of prophet different from normal women with :" Wives of prophet you are not like common women."

Quran 24 :30 And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful. Quran 24:31
قرآن شریف کی ایک آیت میں کہا گیا ہے کہ امہات المومنیں عام خواتین کی طرح نہیں ہیں۔ ان کو رسول پاک کے بعد شادی کی اجازت نہیں اس لئے ان کو پردے کا حکم دیا گیا جو ان کی خصوصی حیثیت کی وجہ سے ہے۔ تاکہ سب لوگ ان کو خوبصورت عورت لے بجائے ماں کے روپ میں دیکھیں۔ پردے کا حکم عام خواتین کے لئے نہیں ہے۔ ایک آیت میں رسول پاک کو مزید شادی کرنے سے منع فرمایا گیا اگر رسول پاک کی بیویاں امت کی مائیں ہیں تو رسول پاک امت کے والد ہیں۔ اور ان کی بیویوں کے سوا تمام مسلمان عورتیں ان کی بیٹیاں ہیں۔ چونکہ تمام امت ان کی پچے ہیں اس لئے درود ابراہیمی تمام امت کے لئے ہے۔

Well Quran says when you DRESSED UP don't show your beauty to other EXCEPT WHICH IS VISIBLE LIKE FACE AND HANDS (WHEN DRESSED UP) and COMPLETE LIST is about the people who can see your hair some part of the skin which not the main aura.. the question raise when not dressed up you have to cover or not it's not essential
This is correct that ogling and eyeing is not good and can lead to mistakes like romance and even worse when remaining out of wedlock. But Hijaab is a must for pious women and the most perfect demonstration of Hijaab is Ehraam-e-Hajj. He is only promoting his Deen-e-Ghamidi that I do not find in line with alQuraan.

It is a growing trend now even in Pakistan that ,young women who wear hijabs and abayas are frankly and openly interacting with males. They are going on trips, they have male friends, they eat out, drive around in vehicles, even sit close together, laugh, and joke around. Observe this trend on social media, educational institues and workplaces. It is also increasing in Gulf ,and other countries. The result is, that men and women (even if they are already married) are drawn romantically and lustfully to each other. If the male-female social interactions are not regulated then Hijab and Burqa is merely a piece of cloth and is no use without proper regulation of male-female intercation.
القرآن - سورۃ نمبر 33 الأحزاب آیت نمبر 33 أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ وَقَرۡنَ فِىۡ بُيُوۡتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَـرَّجۡنَ تَبَرُّجَ الۡجَاهِلِيَّةِ الۡاُوۡلٰى وَاَقِمۡنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتِيۡنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَاَطِعۡنَ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوۡلَهٗ ؕ اِنَّمَا يُرِيۡدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُذۡهِبَ عَنۡكُمُ الرِّجۡسَ اَهۡلَ الۡبَيۡتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ تَطۡهِيۡرًا ۞ ترجمہ: اپنے گھروں میں ٹِک کر رہو۔ اور سابق دَورِ جاہلیت کی سی سج دھج نہ دکھاتی پھرو۔ نماز قائم کرو، زکوٰۃ دو اور اللہ اور اُس کے رسولؐ کی اطاعت کرو۔ اللہ تو یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اہل بیت نبیؐ سے گندگی کو دور کرے اور تمہیں پوری طرح پاک کر دے

Surat No 24 : سورة النور - Ayat No 31 اور اے نبی ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) ، مومن عورتوں سے کہہ دو کہ اپنی نظریں بچا کر رکھیں ، اور اپنی شرمگاہوں کی حفاظت کریں ، اور اپنا بناؤ سنگھار نہ دکھائیں بجز اس کے جو خود ظاہر ہو جائے ، اور اپنے سینوں پر اپنی اوڑھنیوں کے آنچل ڈالے رہیں ۔ وہ اپنا بناؤ سنگھار نہ ظاہر کریں مگر ان لوگوں کے سامنے : شوہر ، باپ ، شوہروں کے باپ ، اپنے بیٹے ، شوہروں کے بیٹے ، بھائی ، بھائیوں کے بیٹے ، بہنوں کے بیٹے ، اپنے میل جول کی عورتیں ، اپنے مملوک ، وہ زیر دست مرد جو کسی اور قسم کی غرض نہ رکھتے ہوں 45 ، اور وہ بچے جو عورتوں کی پوشیدہ باتوں سے ابھی واقف نہ ہوئے ہوں ۔ وہ اپنے پاؤں زمین پر مارتی ہوئی نہ چلا کریں کہ اپنی جو زینت انہوں نے چھپا رکھی ہو اس کا لوگوں کو علم ہو جائے ۔ اے مومنو ، تم سب مل کر اللہ سے توبہ کرو ، توقع ہے کہ فلاح پاؤ گے ۔
Don't pick and choose what you want to do, or follow your heart's desires and wishes. Live for Allah as the Qura'n said, and the hereaftee will be ours. Don't listen to fake propogabda misguiding muslims. Purify your heart with the Qura'n
Basically, Such clothes which attract men are haram. Or such clothes which attract the attention of men are haram. So women should be mindful of What they are wearing. They should ask herself if the dress is appropriate enough according to what has been mentioned in the Qur'an or not. If a woman still feels that a man's gaze may fall on her even though she is modestly dressed, then Islam has given her the freedom to wear burqa.

(على جيوبهن) أي على صدورهن، يعني على مواضع جيوبهن ]. ويضيف معلقا (في هذه الآية دليل على أن الجيب يكون في الثوب موضع الصدر، وكذلك كانت جيوب في ثياب السلف رضي الله عنهم على ما يصنعه النساء عندنا بالأندلس وأهل الديار المصرية من الرجال والصبيان وغيرهم...)، وزاد في ذلك بشاهد من البخاري الذي خصص بابا بعنوان (جيب القميص من عند الصدر وغيره...). فالجيب هنا استعير للإشارة الصدر، صدر المرآة أو الرجل. هذا الموقف فيه انحراف عن الاستعمال بشكل دقيق، ذلك أن الجيب هو فتحة القميص وليس القميص كله، الجيب يطوي معنى الخرق، يفيد معنى الخرق، لا يبعد عن الخرق، والقرطبي ذكره هو نفسه، حيث يقول ( وهو أي الجيب موضع القطع من الدِّرع والقميص)،وحديث البخاري يؤيد ذلك، فقد جاء فيه (... مثل البخيل والمتصدِّق كمثل رجلين عليهما جبتان من حديد، قد اضطرَّت أيديَهما إلى ثُدِيهما وتِراقيهما، فجعل المتصدق كلما تصدَّق بصدقة انبسطت عنه حتى تغشى أنامله وتعفو أثره، وجعل البخيل كلما هم بصدقة قَلَصَت وأخذت كل حلقة بمكانها. قال أبو هريرة: فأني رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول بإصبعه هكذا في جيبه، فلو رأيته يوسعها ولا تتوسع ). إن استعمال الجيب وإرادة الصدر كله ليس من نظام المعجم بشكل دقيق ، بل يراد به الفتحة، فتحة الصدر من أعلى. يقول الطبري في تفسيره [ (على جيوبهن) ليسترن بذلك شعورهن وأعناقهن وقرطهن...)، وهذه طفرة كبيرة في الاستعمال، فيما لا يسمح المعجم أكثر من الإشارة إلى فتحة الصدر، فجيب الأرض مدخلها، حيث هناك مدخل، خرق، وبالتالي، جيب القميص يطلق ويراد به خرق موجود على الصدر، تلك هي الفتحة التي تلي النحر بمسافة قليلة، أي بعد عظام الصدر الأولى. يقول صاحب كنز الدقائق [ (وليضربن بخمورهن على جيوبهن) سترا لأعناقهن...)! يقول الكشاف (وكانت جيوبهن واسعة تبدو منها نحورهن وصدورهن، وما حواليها، وكن يسدلن الخُمُر ورائهن فتبقى مكشوفة، فأمرن أن يسدلنها من قدامهن حتى يغطينها، ويجوز أن يراد بالجيوب الصدر تسمية بما يليها ويلابسها، ومنه قولهم: ناصح الجيب). أن التدقيق بنص الكشاف يكشف بوضوح أن الجيب كان يطلق على فتحة القميص من فوق، حيث كانت فتحة كبيرة بدرجة ما، فينكشف النحر، والصدر، والصدر هنا يلي النحر كما هو لحن النص، وهو لا يعني كل ما تحت النحر من الصدر، بل الفتحة كما يظهر، وما حول الصدر يعني ما حول هذه الفتحة، بدابة الخرق، بداية الشق بين الصدرين، أي النهدين أ و الثديين، أو الكاعبين ... ودلالة الجيب على الصدر كله ضعيف كما لمح هو في آخر الكلام. يقول صاحب مجمع البيان في تفسيره الآية ا لكريمة (وكنّى عن الصدور بالجيوب لأنها ملبوسة عليها ...) وهو ضعيف، فأن هذه الكناية بعيدة، فإن التكنية بها عن فتحة الصدر هي الأولى، خاصة إذا أخذنا بنظر الاعتبار أن الصدر لم يكن كله مكشوفا، وإنما المكشوف هو هذه الفتحة المثيرة وما حولها، ثم، تلا قي كل من الجيب وفتحة الصدر بهذا الشق، الخرق... يقول مفسر (والجيب هو شق الثوب طرف الصدر ...).. النختصر: جب سر کا کپڑا سینے پر لٹکائیں گے تو منہ لا محالہ طور پر چھپ جائے گا۔۔۔
(Surah Ahzab : 59)
"اے نبی! اپنی بیویوں سے اور اپنی صاحبزادیوں سے اور مسلمانوں کی عورتوں سے کہہ دو کہ وہ اپنے اوپر اپنی چادریں لٹکا لیا کریں ۔ اس سے بہت جلد ان کی شناخت ہو جایا کرے گی پھر نہ ستائی جائیں گی اور اللہ تعالٰی بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ۔"
Allah has allowed ijtihad….which means you are told to change with changing times. In those times, men were teasing women who were without chadder. Now women who are wearing burqa or hijab and are looking different from rest of the world are being teased. Times have changed. Muslim men need to learn the Islamic way of being open minded and flexible. Please save your women from being teased and wear clothes which are acceptable in today’s civilized society.

“O Prophet! Say to your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers that: they should let down upon themselves their jalabib.”
So what is Jalabi? Jalabib جَلاَبِيْبٌ is the plural of jilbab جِلْبَابٌ , which means a loose outer garment. See any Arabic dictionary like Lisanu ’l-‘Arab, Majma‘u ’l-Bahrayn or al-Munjid.
Al-Munjid, for instance, defines jilbab as “the shirt or a wide dress-القميص أو الثوب الواسع.” While al-Turayhi, inMajma‘u ’l-Bahrayn, defines it as “a wide dress, wider than the scarf and shorter than a robe, that a woman puts upon her head and lets it down on her bosom.
This means that the Islamic dress code for women does not only consist of a scarf that covers the head, the neck and the bosom; it also includes the overall dress that should be long and loose.
So, for instance, the combination of a tight, short sweater with tight-fitting jeans with a scarf over the head does not fulfill the requirements of the Islamic dress code.

Of course I've done my research and also came to the conclusion that headscarf is not compulsory. There are also others who have come to the same conclusion. Muslims are divided. There are many sects and even sub sects. Different translations and interpretations on various issues too. Not all Muslims even agree with each other on all issues. Not all Muslims think Ayesha was 9, that apostates should be killed or that music is haraam. And they will have their "evidence" and reasons.
Some Muslims even believe drawing pictures of faces (like in your profile picture) is haraam. But there are those who think it's not haraam.
If you want people to research and come to their own conclusions then you also need to accept that people have different conclusions..

Dearest sister, the Quran is crystal clear in this if you read a proper translation of surah Azhab from ayat 30 you will know that the surah was revealed for the wives of prophet only. Hadith always support the Quran remember that. So Quran deserves the first priority. Read it first.
1) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.” [al-Nur 24:31]
2) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And as for women past childbearing who do not expect wedlock, it is no sin on them if they discard their (outer) clothing in such a way as not to show their adornment. But to refrain (i.e. not to discard their outer clothing) is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.” [al-Nur 24:60]
“Women past childbearing” are those who no longer menstruate, so they can no longer get pregnant or bear children.
We shall see below the words of Hafsah bint Sirin and the way in which she interpreted this verse.
3) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [al-Ahzab 33:59]
4) Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“O you who believe! Enter not the Prophet’s houses, unless permission is given to you for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation. But when you are invited, enter, and when you have taken your meal, disperse without sitting for a talk. Verily, such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet, and he is shy of (asking) you (to go); but Allah is not shy of (telling you) the truth. And when you ask (his wives) for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen, that is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not (right) for you that you should annoy Allah’s Messenger, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him (his death). Verily, with Allah that shall be an enormity.” [al-Ahzab 33:53]

Khumur is the plural of khimar does not mean veil at least practically, it does mean scarf, khimarul aswad is videliy practiced in Libyaand it covers bossum also
All the above verses are consistent with what Ghamdi has said in this video. Except that parts that are in parenthesis which the translator has added by themselves and are not part of the original verse.

بہت خوبصورتی کے ساتھ آپ نے وضاحت فرمائی ہے۔ ورنہ آج کل کے علمائے کرام تو پردے کو صرف عورت ہی تک محیط کر دیتے ہیں۔ مردوں کو تو نگاہیں نیچی رکھنے کا کوئی درس دیا ہی نہیں جاتاہے ۔

ھدینہ النجدین کی واضح آیت بھی اسی طرف اشارہ کرتی ہے جب کہ غامدی صاحب قرآن پاک کی تفسیری اصولوں سے ہٹ کر احادیث سے ہٹ کر اپنی ذاتی راۓ قائم کرتے ہیں اور نام اسلام کا استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ غامدی صاحب کی وجہ سے نہ کوئی نمازی بنا نہ زکوۃ دینے والا نہ حجاب کرنے والا نہ ہی حج کرنے والا بلکہ غامدی صاحب کی وجہ سے لوگوں نے اسلامی عقائد اور اعمال ترک کر کے بھی خود کو مسلمان سمجھنا شروع کر دیا۔

I am not satisfied because there are too much material available from quranic point of view as well as from sunnah, but if someone interprets these quranic verses and ihadees and tries to misguide the whole ummah only by his own vision,then I think the impact of this interpretation and conclusion of javed Ahmed Ghamdi sahab would lead Muslim man and women towards vulgarity and nothing more than that. And the response towards this interpretation of ghamdi sahab can easily be observed in our TV talkshows in which women and even some Liberal take advantage of this interpretation of Ghamdi sahab. though I respect Ghamdi sahab but in many islamic maaters I am not satisfied with his point of view.

Please focus on the part in verse: "even though their beauty might be pleasing to you" (walaw aʿjabaka ḥus'nuhunna) ... Quran main sura Nur main sirf nazar mein shaistagi laanay ko kaha gaya hai.. matlab, zina na karnay se roknay ke liye, yaani buri niyat se na dekhna, shareef nazr se dekhna.

One thing i would like to mention that in surah al ahzab the hijab mention bu the word of jilbab which according to what i had study is a single piece of cloth from head to toe and obviously cover the face so how not that is compulsory

You can look around all Muslim countries about how modest women are doing hijab and except the issue of face-covering or not, all are wearing an abaya and long & loose clothes including covering of hairs with a head scarf. There is no dispute among all major scholars of Islam about this issue. What Ghamdi sb is saying, is for such an ideal situation where are males and females are of such intellect and high moral values who would not lean towards one another if hijab is not properly followed what Muslim sisters are following.

This is correct that ogling and eyeing is not good and can lead to mistakes like romance and even worse when remaining out of wedlock. It is a growing trend now even in Pakistan that ,young women who wear hijabs and abayas are frankly and openly interacting with males. They are going on trips, they have male friends, they eat out, drive around in vehicles, even sit close together, laugh, and joke around. Observe this trend on social media, educational institues and workplaces. It is also increasing in Gulf ,and other countries. The result is, that men and women (even if they are already married) are drawn romantically and lustfully to each other. If the male-female social interactions are not regulated then Hijab and Burqa is merely a piece of cloth and is no use without proper regulation of male-female intercation.

اور اے نبی ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) ، مومن عورتوں سے کہہ دو کہ اپنی نظریں بچا کر رکھیں ، اور اپنی شرمگاہوں کی حفاظت کریں ، اور اپنا بناؤ سنگھار نہ دکھائیں بجز اس کے جو خود ظاہر ہو جائے ، اور اپنے سینوں پر اپنی اوڑھنیوں کے آنچل ڈالے رہیں ۔ وہ اپنا بناؤ سنگھار نہ ظاہر کریں مگر ان لوگوں کے سامنے : شوہر ، باپ ، شوہروں کے باپ ، اپنے بیٹے ، شوہروں کے بیٹے ، بھائی ، بھائیوں کے بیٹے ، بہنوں کے بیٹے ، اپنے میل جول کی عورتیں ، اپنے مملوک ، وہ زیر دست مرد جو کسی اور قسم کی غرض نہ رکھتے ہوں 45 ، اور وہ بچے جو عورتوں کی پوشیدہ باتوں سے ابھی واقف نہ ہوئے ہوں ۔ وہ اپنے پاؤں زمین پر مارتی ہوئی نہ چلا کریں کہ اپنی جو زینت انہوں نے چھپا رکھی ہو اس کا لوگوں کو علم ہو جائے ۔
اے مومنو ، تم سب مل کر اللہ سے توبہ کرو ، توقع ہے کہ فلاح پاؤ گے ۔

Basically, Such clothes which attract men are haram. Or such clothes which attract the attention of men are haram. So women should be mindful of What they are wearing. They should ask herself if the dress is appropriate enough according to what has been mentioned in the Qur'an or not. If a woman still feels that a man's gaze may fall on her even though she is modestly dressed, then Islam has given her the freedom to wear burqa.

غامدی صاحب نے کہا پردہ یا حجاب کا لفظ قرآن مجید میں استعمال نہیں ہوا تو لہذا دین اسلام میں عورت کو گویا کھلی چھٹی دے دی گئی ھے کہ وہ جیسا لباس چاہے پہنے اور اپنے پلے سے ہی بالوں کے نہ چھپانے کا فتوی دے دیا ھے۔جبکہ قرآن مجید نے جب فعل ( verb) "وَ لۡیَضۡرِبۡنَ " کا انتخاب کیا ھے اور لفظ " حجاب " کی بجائے " بِخُمُرِہِنَّ " کا انتخاب کیا تو اہل بلاغت جانتے ہیں کہ فعل کے شروع میں " لام تکید " لائی گئی ھے اور فعل " ضرب " اور اسم خمر" استعمال کیا ھے اور الخمار النسآء سے مراد خاص وہ کپڑا ھے جو صرف سر کو ڈھانپتا ھے ۔

معنى (جيوبهن) بين نظام اللغة ومواقف المفسرين

قال الله تعالى في محكم كتابه الكريم (... وليضربن بخمُرهن على جيوبهن....).
ما معنى جيوبهن في الآية الكريمة؟
في البداية وهذا شي طبيعي وموضوعي نستعرض معنى المادة (ج،ي، ب) في المعاجم اللغوية العربية المعروفة.
في مقاييس اللغة لأبن فارس (جيب، أصل يجوز أن يكون من باب الإبدال، فالجيب جيب القميص، يقال جبت القميص: قوَّرت جيبه، وجبَّبته: جعلت له جيبا، وهذا يدل على أن أصله واو، وهو بمعنى خرقت).
في مصباح المنير (جيب القميص: ما ينفتح على النحر، والجمع أجياب، وجيوب، وجابه يجوبه، قوَّر جيبه، وجيَّبه: جعل له جيبا).
ونقرأ في بعض المعاجم (وجيب الأرض: مدخلها).
قال ذو الرمّة: ــ
طواها إلى حيزومها وانطوت جيوب الفيافي : حزنها ومالها.
وإذا راجعنا مادة (ج، و، ب)، لتبين لنا بعد التدقيق أن المادة تفيد الخرق، والنفاذ، ففي مقاييس اللغة (أصل واحد، وهو خرق الشيء، يقال: جبت الأرض جوبا: فأنا جائب وجوَّاب، والجوبة كالغائط، وهو من الباب لأنه كالخرق في الأرض...).
يقول في صحاح اللغة (... وجاب يجوب جوبا: خرق وقطع، وجببت البلاد أجوبها وأجيبها واجتبتها إذا قطعّتها...).
يقول صاحب أساس البلاغة (... وجاب الصخرة: خرقها...).
والجيب الصدر، نقي الجيب، يعني خالص القلب، وهو استعمال فيه توسع، ذلك أن الصدر في حد ذاته أوسع في دلالته من فتحته، أي بداية الشق بين النهدين من أعلى.
فهذه الألفاظ اقتربت أصولها، واتفقت معانيها... ولكن في الأصل تفيد الخرق، تفيد النفاذ، ومن هنا أُستعير مادة (ج، ي، ب) لفتحة الصدر، أي بملاحظة هذا الشق الذي يفصل بين النهدين أو الثديين، فهو كالجيب، أي كالشق، أو أستعير لذلك، لأن النساء كنَّ يلبسن قمصانا ذات جيوب، أي فتحات من فوق، فينكشف بداية الصدر.
قال القرطبي في تفسير هذه الآية الكريمة [ والجيوب: جمع جيب، وهو موضع القطع من الدّرع والقميص، وهو من الجوب وهو القطع.... (على جيوبهن) أي على صدورهن، يعني على مواضع جيوبهن ]. ويضيف معلقا (في هذه الآية دليل على أن الجيب يكون في الثوب موضع الصدر، وكذلك كانت جيوب في ثياب السلف رضي الله عنهم على ما يصنعه النساء عندنا بالأندلس وأهل الديار المصرية من الرجال والصبيان وغيرهم...)، وزاد في ذلك بشاهد من البخاري الذي خصص بابا بعنوان (جيب القميص من عند الصدر وغيره...).
فالجيب هنا استعير للإشارة الصدر، صدر المرآة أو الرجل.
هذا الموقف فيه انحراف عن الاستعمال بشكل دقيق، ذلك أن الجيب هو فتحة القميص وليس القميص كله، الجيب يطوي معنى الخرق، يفيد معنى الخرق، لا يبعد عن الخرق، والقرطبي ذكره هو نفسه، حيث يقول ( وهو أي الجيب موضع القطع من الدِّرع والقميص)،وحديث البخاري يؤيد ذلك، فقد جاء فيه (... مثل البخيل والمتصدِّق كمثل رجلين عليهما جبتان من حديد، قد اضطرَّت أيديَهما إلى ثُدِيهما وتِراقيهما، فجعل المتصدق كلما تصدَّق بصدقة انبسطت عنه حتى تغشى أنامله وتعفو أثره، وجعل البخيل كلما هم بصدقة قَلَصَت وأخذت كل حلقة بمكانها. قال أبو هريرة: فأني رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول بإصبعه هكذا في جيبه، فلو رأيته يوسعها ولا تتوسع ). إن استعمال الجيب وإرادة الصدر كله ليس من نظام المعجم بشكل دقيق ، بل يراد به الفتحة، فتحة الصدر من أعلى.
يقول الطبري في تفسيره [ (على جيوبهن) ليسترن بذلك شعورهن وأعناقهن وقرطهن...)، وهذه طفرة كبيرة في الاستعمال، فيما لا يسمح المعجم أكثر من الإشارة إلى فتحة الصدر، فجيب الأرض مدخلها، حيث هناك مدخل، خرق، وبالتالي، جيب القميص يطلق ويراد به خرق موجود على الصدر، تلك هي الفتحة التي تلي النحر بمسافة قليلة، أي بعد عظام الصدر الأولى.
يقول صاحب كنز الدقائق [ (وليضربن بخمورهن على جيوبهن) سترا لأعناقهن...)!
يقول الكشاف (وكانت جيوبهن واسعة تبدو منها نحورهن وصدورهن، وما حواليها، وكن يسدلن الخُمُر ورائهن فتبقى مكشوفة، فأمرن أن يسدلنها من قدامهن حتى يغطينها، ويجوز أن يراد بالجيوب الصدر تسمية بما يليها ويلابسها، ومنه قولهم: ناصح الجيب).
أن التدقيق بنص الكشاف يكشف بوضوح أن الجيب كان يطلق على فتحة القميص من فوق، حيث كانت فتحة كبيرة بدرجة ما، فينكشف النحر، والصدر، والصدر هنا يلي النحر كما هو لحن النص، وهو لا يعني كل ما تحت النحر من الصدر، بل الفتحة كما يظهر، وما حول الصدر يعني ما حول هذه الفتحة، بدابة الخرق، بداية الشق بين الصدرين، أي النهدين أ و الثديين، أو الكاعبين ... ودلالة الجيب على الصدر كله ضعيف كما لمح هو في آخر الكلام.
يقول صاحب مجمع البيان في تفسيره الآية ا لكريمة (وكنّى عن الصدور بالجيوب لأنها ملبوسة عليها ...) وهو ضعيف، فأن هذه الكناية بعيدة، فإن التكنية بها عن فتحة الصدر هي الأولى، خاصة إذا أخذنا بنظر الاعتبار أن الصدر لم يكن كله مكشوفا، وإنما المكشوف هو هذه الفتحة المثيرة وما حولها، ثم، تلا قي كل من الجيب وفتحة الصدر بهذا الشق، الخرق...
يقول مفسر (والجيب هو شق الثوب طرف الصدر ...)..
النختصر: جب سر کا کپڑا سینے پر لٹکائیں گے تو منہ لا محالہ طور پر چھپ جائے گا۔۔۔
