Agree. It will become Chao Latte if you use evaporated milk which to me is the perfect taste :-)

Is 100 gm beans after grinding will yield still 100 g? If i will used coarsed ground coffee will it be 100 gm?
There will be a small retention if you are measuring beans to grinds. If you are measuring the ground coffee then yes it is 100g
