You said if follicle size is greater than 30mm than it is cyst otherwise it is follicle, but in this video you say multiple follicles of size 2 to 9mm are seen, so how to differentiate follicle and cyst on this size base? Kindly clear this

If we see small multiple ovarian cysts of 2-9 mm these are polycystic ovarian symdrom or pcos with some other features also. But if we see 1 or 2 cysts measuring greater than 30mm these are functional cysts called follicular cyst or corpus luteal cyst.normal follical ranges between 10 to 30mm.

At 8:28, mam what is the meaning for Bilaterally enlarged with echogenic central stroma? I have got this similar kind of impression from my scan report. I googled it and asked my doc as well but didn't get it's meaning. Can u pls explain?

U will see small follicles in peripheries and central normal stromal tissue will be echogenic that it , these findings are concerning with pcos , we correlate these findings with lab studies and clinical sign symptoms
