No IHBRD seen Gall bladder in minimally distended and is normal . Common bile duct is normal Spleen is normal in morphology , attenuation and enhancement Portal vein superior mesenteric vein and splenic vein are normal . Pancreas is normal in morphology , attenuation and enhancement Bilateral kidneys are normal in size , shape , morphology , attenuation and enhancement . Bilateral pelvicalyceal system are normal Bilateral adrenals are normal Abdominal aorta and IVC are normal Urinary bladder is distended and is normal Uterus is normal in size and orientation , There is a well defined unilocular cystic lesion with enhancing wall is seen in the night adnexa measuring - 5.6 x 4 .5cm in size Another multilocular lesion with similar morpholgy is seen in the left adnexa measuring - 3.8 x 4 cm in size No eid any enhancing solid component On USG the lesions appears as well defined hypoechoic lesion with internal echogenicity No significant lymphadenopathy is seen Stomach , DJ flexure , visualised small bowel loops and large bowel loops are normal lleocecal junction is normal No evidence of free fluid in abdomen Visualised lungs appear normal Visualised bones are normal Diagnosis Well defined cystic lesions in the bilateral adnexa with enhancing wall without any thick internal septations or solid component On USG mese lesion appear as well defined hypoechoic lesion ( unilocular on right side and multilocular on left side ) with low level echoes within the ovaries were not seen separately Findings are consistent with bilateral ovarian hemorrhagic / endometriotic cysts.
