    Nice one, Taco. I keep just three kettlebells at home. One is 32 kg which I almost never touch - for fear of putting my back out when not warmed up and ready to keep perfect form.This workout will be the perfect use for it.
    By the way I went to the associated web page and noticed the short piece on overhead mobility. Excellent - cannot stress how valuable this is to us office types. Just the job!

    I tried this workout for the first time today and repeated it 4 times along with the Farmer's walk and Shoulder walk and press to begin with. I'm really impressed. So thank you Taco. Have a great day.

    How often should I be doing this workout? 3 times a week? More? I might pair it with simple and sinister, doing the Onnit full body circuit now, could try a change up.

      As often as is good for your program. Hard to say without intricate details. Just make sure nothing hurts and you get enough rest.

    What is weight of the kettlebell that you used in this exercise?

    • @Cavemantraining
      @Cavemantraining  6 років тому

      I used 16kg, but use what works for you. The heavier you go, the better the results. Assuming form and technique is correct.

    This is the first time I´ve (finally) done your workout, though I followed you on Facebook for a while. I appreciate explanation, repetition, and demonstration. Not as overwhelming as when looking at your advanced workouts, and reading Encyclopedia. Thank you much. Very appreciated.
