H Dr. What kind of Castro oil you recommend?

Hi Moe, any kind of pure castor oil should do.It's rich in ricinoleic acid which has potent anti-inflammatory effects. I'll try to do a post on Instagram on how to make the paste for joints--please be patient, might take me some time. I have to schedule these things!

I have history of AFIB. Is ginger a problem for arrhythmia.

There are conflicting reports re: ginger and arrhythmias, with some suggesting increased arrhythmogenic effects while others report less arrhythmia. The study I saw was in a rat model with ventricular arrhythmia which was improved (lessened) with ginger. Acupuncture studies report anti-arrhythmic effects.
The main takeaway is not to overdo it. Moderate consumption of ginger is likely to be safe (check with your doctor--they likely won't know but I gotta say that 😉). To be safe, don't consume it in supplement form (dosages are always suspect in supplements anyway) but use it in food/dietary form.

Is ginger powder as effective as ginger?

That would depend. I think if you dried the ginger yourself (dehydrator, maybe?) and then ground it down it would probably be good. I'd be more wary of store-bought powders because you don't know the processing methods and many supplements have been found to have very little active compounds in them (and possibly some contaminants as well).
