- Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my video! This is my Walkthrough Guide for "CALL OF DUTY : BLACK OPS COLD WAR", We will be getting most of the Achievements in the walk through, along with completing all the missions and side missions. At any point if you find any questions you need answered and I didn't cover it please hit me up in my social media to contact me, I have a very quick response time and I'm always willing to assist with anything game related!!!
This entry will focus on the side mission operation chaos. I will be going over all the 3 evidence locations in the game to open up this mission and than I will show you how to crack the code to get into the mission and after I will cover the mission fully and get the achievement / trophy.

The numbers part doesn’t make sense I’m not sure the red for mine between each number is 8 and for blue the number in between is 3. How u get 49 when adding 2 4 6 8 or 92 with plus 4 4 4 4
The thing that confused me that these videos seem to not explain is that the "Passphrase" isn't the city you got at the beginning. The two ? numbers you got will be the 4 numbers of whatever city is the passphrase.
I just figured out the first 4 digit number for the floppy disk decryption and then guessed through all the locations/city names until I got it.

For the first evidence, do you have to release him? I’m a maniac when it comes to games and choices, so I’d rather throw him over..
yes in order to get the evidence , but you can do multiple play throughs on that mission to get it
ik this is old but yea u can throw him over after the evidence comes up

there will be 6 evidence boards you need to take pictures of all you need todo is get 3 of them and you will get the evidence for this side quest

Can some one explain the math part simpler?
You have to look at the numbers and figure out the pattern. But the pattern will be different for every player. Once you figure out the pattern, you get four new digits. Find those same digits in the tape and correspond them to a city. If you don't find those same digits in that same order, then you did something wrong. The name of that city will be the second entry you have to enter.
