Hello! I've watched a few of your videos, which are super helpful. I've been tasked with creating a nurturing campaign with six emails for our new leads. Do you have any advice on setting this up in Campaigns vs CRM? There will be two different lead owners and I'd like tracking to update the engagement in CRM. Thanks!
Hi Jackie, I would recommend joining our office hours so you can talk directly to Massimo about some of this stuff. However, in general for long drip campaigns, Zoho Campaigns is great. For shorter more sales related campaigns we always recommend CRM. This might take more digging to answer properly.
For the workflow of sending email when deal is won, I don't have 'Contact Email' under deal dropdown? Does the email under contact will work the same? . I need to send email to the contact associated with the deal.
Hi! thanks for you video! I wonder if you have any video related to Webhook. I did a workflow to run every time that a contact field is updated, I need to pass information of that contact inside the body of the request, but I dont know hoy get it. Thank you in advance for any answer.
@BluRoot thank you so much, I answered my self using merge field...something that I discovered reading documentation and play with webhooks too...I write down this maybe help someone...when you type # appear some fields to add in the body of the webhook...but is not all of them...for example, in "Conctact" module, I have a field call it "IMEI"...so when I introduced a merge field, the option of "IMEI" didn´t appear, but I typed "Contact.IMEI" and it took me the value...so, it was great.
My questino is if its possible to calculate the price of a product on quote or sales order using workflow. It seems we can only affect document header level fields not the product line level
