    These vids are very helpful, THANKS. My question.... I have a small sales team with a small customer service team. Unfortunately the naming and information that I have inherited as the VP is not consistent and often redundant as a result. I am looking to have the customer (account) creation done by my CSM. however, how do i allow "leads" to be created by sales and then that lead be converted to account with additional information.

    I notice you have chosen not to include a live video demonstration in this presentation. Given the widely documented performance issues with Zoho Meeting's video quality over the past several years, I am curious whether this was a deliberate choice to avoid showcasing these limitations in real-time.

    Question is, how is the Inbox organized? A Shared Inbox? Mail Magnet does not work and the replies are (optionally) sent to the same Inbox, there is no shared Sent items.

    I am new to zoho desk,. I have been soaking up as much knowledge as possible via Zoho Knowledge Base and Community, however this has me stumped. I am initiating mock scenarios to test run zoho desk, when my mock contact replies to email sent by agent through zoho desk it generates a separate ticket for the reply.. "Re: [##ticketnumber##]orginal ticket title" How do I keep all emails and communication between contact and agent in original ticket thread?

    Thankyou for providing this overview and for keeping it so tight. One app you didn’t mention, but I’m hoping has the capabilities to help my business is Learn. We’ve been considering software such as Systemology, Whale and similar to create a company system & process capture - a centralised ‘how to’ if you will. So anyone can capture an internal process on a short video, transcribe it into a documented method as a ‘version one’ and upload it to a centralised portal. This current ‘V1’ process is stored within a categorised framework that can be used to onboard new staff or to refine and develop an improvement to the process. Eventually using a process such as systemology we’d build a fully documented company eco structure that grows and evolves as we grow and build. This is a long way of asking whether we could use the Learn App to create this type of framework that could be used company wide? Or do you know of limitations in capacity that would affect how large this system overview could grow? I think I can see lots of potential with Learn, however I don’t want to start the system & process recording if Learn will become overwhelmed. I’d also like to know if there could then be storage costs we’d need to factor in as the content grows? Your advice would be appreciated, thank you.

    It’s insane that you get 40+ enterprise grade saas products in the suite for the price of 1 or 2 lunches. Individual subscription for 5-10 products separately would cost well over $100…so zoho one complete suite seems like a no brainer. Amazing value for small businesses.

    Hello, were trying to use Zoho expense, to record all our company expenses and use thios to calculate our VAT / Tax, we use this to offset our VAT/TAX bill. When I submit a report in Zoho Books it gets put into Employee Reimbursements, When itry to edit it it has a message saying (Paid through account can be edited only for non reimbursable expenses). Do you know how to change this. Thanks
