      After working for almost a year in Salesforce in a consultant company comprised of admins. I realized I never really did a basic salescloud setup and touched all the nitty gritty bits. I find it a bit annoying to know all the features reguarding the classic version of SF and how to understand it or that I have to know about it.
      I've also realized that I already have my own way to make some functionalities and now I have to learn how to do them the normal way, so that's a pain. :)@@salesforcenow

    Is there any other input you’d recommend for the exam. I took the pre exams until I got 100% I took the paid exam and got 70% and when I took the actual exam I felt I knew nothing and did terrible. Your videos have been very helpful in the walkthrough process. One question is data export wizard a thing? Or is it only data import wizard where you can also export or was that a different tool?

    • @salesforcenow
      @salesforcenow  9 місяців тому

      Build. Build. Build. That's the best suggestion I have for anyone studying for the exam. As you go through the practice tests again, after EACH question, go into a developer org and walk through the question/scenario. Make sure you see in the developer org why the correct answer is correct, and why the incorrect answers are incorrect.
      And the data export wizard is not a thing. Only Data Export.

    I am worried about taking the Admin exam and having outdated info regarding automation tools such as workflow and process builder. They are being fazed out, do they still have questions in relation to which process should be chosen over another.

    • @salesforcenow
      @salesforcenow  9 місяців тому

      They are being phased out overall, but orgs will still need to maintain existing workflow rules and process builders for the time being. There are still a few questions on their capabilities (aka what actions they can take).

    • @davidkime8537

      @@salesforcenow Thank you. You should create a video on how to phase out workflows and process builders, that is a topic in high demand. There are so many custom situations so of course you can't solve every scenario, but if you can explain the basics of inputing workflow and process builder into flow that would help both yourself with views as well as most admins looking for extra input over the next few months.
