Hello Old Motorcycle Technicians. You are like Indiana Jones in hunting and evaluating motorcycle relics. This one came very close to the Ariel I owned, only differentiated by the tank holding all the instruments and key, just the ammeter in the headlight compartment. That's why I believe it was from 1949 or 50. Only one carburetor was mounted on the older Amal model. It doesn't matter, it was very pleasant to drive, with high torque to drive in all 4 gears and great stability. I thank them again this time.
Lovely Ariel Twin. Very rare, i have only seen just one Swinging Arm KH Twin long years ago (1988 to be precise) being involved with Classic Bikes for more than Thirty years. Most of the Ariel's over hear in Colombo are Single Cylinder machines that's if your lucky to spot one. 😁

Beautiful machine, So sad that so many, well almost all of those great marques became extinct.
