I HAD A 56 TR5 i put a very highly tuned Bonneville motor in it but couldnt keep the front wheel down so put the motor in a Manx Norton with a RRT2 BOX , Tricor cams , Weslake 8 valve conversion , 17 tooth engine sprocket and Norton Atlas crank .
I'm coming to the end of an engine rebuild of a 5TA from bits bored out with standard 650 pistons. How does your engine get crankcase breathing? I'm struggling to see where its meant to breath.
I was so lucky to have a 1952 tiger 100 in the 60s.. Cost £26. Fantastic machine, so much fun... This one looks brilliant, would love it..
