Very well thought out, thanks for sharing this. I have noticed my speed diminish over the past couple of years, and I think my answer lies somewhere here in your advice. I'll definitely try out some of these tips!
You guys have made things so enjoyable... Just-In-Time is a term used in manufacturing, thank you for incorporating it in running. Love your highly educational videos our Specialists!
I train for a sprint tri and HIIT seems to be producing results for me. Both in speed and distance. First HIITs on the smart bike as it has a power meter, then immediately followed by running HIITs around the block, which happens to be 1km around. It used to take me 6 sprints to get around, now only 5. So I'm getting there. When i can do the whole 1km in one go I'll get the stop watch out. I better be close to 4mins or 'there'll be hell to pay!!!' 😂😂😂
What do you mean by Just-In-Time training? I've googled it a bit and didn't find info regarding training for running. Is it some sort of interval training?
Great question Marcelo! It's something we've developed that we include in all of our training plans. Keep an eye on our UA-cam channel as we have a video coming soon that goes into them in more detail. Thanks for watching!
That's a lot of talking without saying anything. I had expected something more concrete. The general ideas presented here are nothing new. The analogies are weird. When the first analogy was on, I even thought I was watching some ad or so for a few seconds. Very distracting.

Looking forward to you putting my old bod thru its paces at this afternoon's S&C class 😊

Lots of generalities without much meaning aka waste of time. Sorry.
I actually love the analogies... they drive the point home. Sorry you don't get it.
I get the analogies, points for originality in packaging the content. But meager content in a beautiful package still stays meager content.
