There are two Solutions. 1) Use contact Lenses 2) Use 2 Specs. One is rimless, very light weight with nosepad. And 2nd one is plastic frame ( also light weight). Use these 2 glasses alternate. On working time use rimless, outdoor use plastic frame. Because of this you will minimize the nose marks.

I used both silicone nose pd and inbuilt plastic nose pads specs according to my experience inbuilt plastic nose pad se very harmful its leave not only marks its injured my nose too… always prefer silicone nose pads specs

Blue cut lenses are minor tint because of its material quality,but superior options are crizal,zeiss,naturekote and many more in regular price range to get more clarity vision.
