Wow. I need one asap
Do you guys sell shortblocks for gen 4 coyote from f150 the have a different oil pump
Man that 7275 is tempting... might be time to finally ditch the EFR.
Yeah ditch that garbage
We are always here for ya, Give us a call.
Is the front cover on the 7275 the same as the previous gen 7275? Already have clamps and elbow welded on that I don't want to have to redo
Compressor wheel is different, so will need to use the matching next gen cover.
I’m currently running a gen 2 6870 and my tuner said to upgrade to the 7275. Would this be a direct Fit?
Mr Jay

Are all these next gen turbos Sportsman covers???
In the past every time a turbo makes more power it seems to have all the downsides of what would just be a larger turbo… really only important when a class has size limits
I guess I’m asking if you could drop this on a dyno with the last gen and see if the boost threshold is higher and then post a turbo that has a similar mass flow rate to the new turbo to see if it spoils slower ?
We greatly appreciate your feedback 👍
RightOn
I still can’t see how these next gen turbo’s will make such large jump in hp when turbine wheel is still the same and is always the restriction more so than the compressor wheel
How would you guys rate their reliability ? (Precision as a brand)
a gamble
Theyre always blowing up on evos and r35's.
Yea I've heard so much horror stories but yet it still seems majority of the field runs them. Now I feel Apex is a new worthy opponent & im assuming people don't use Garrett for the price but it seems Garrett has been the most reliable
people still run these things after seeing what happend to calvo!?!
?
The .1% of people who have problems with precision turbos.
I’ve seen some actual testing of these Next Gen turbos and the results have been disappointing. They’re not making anywhere near advertised power and are tapping out sooner than they’re supposed to. Not worth the upgrade from the Gen 2 imo, especially when they’re making nearly identical power
1st 👍🏾
Will nextgen spool faster than EFR??
Test it and find out, put a 6266 next gen against an efr9180 will make similar HP then you can see response
@@boris9331 i cant because of my manifold design. i went efr 8474 for now
@@joshj7593 8474's a killa turbo ran one on my car for a while just visceral
