Just recently I ran across Diego's UA-cam channel because I wanted to learn how to speed up my acquisition of new chord forms. So, having Diego as a guest is a great choice. Thanks, David!
That’s awesome! He’s a great teacher. We both share similar philosophies in teaching but with slightly different approaches and tastes in Spanish Guitar. So it was nice to have this sit down and compare notes.
This is great, on no. 1, relaxing, I trained in Beijing Sports School, Shi Cha Hai, and the Coaches repeatedly said to the Western students to relax, Femg song. On no. 2, correct technique, I went to the Flamenco library there to ask for the technique books, they said oh yes, those are held in the Granada branch, wah, wah, waaah.
Nice, thanks for sharing! The relaxing aspect is one that can happen to any of us and we need to constantly self assess and check. Speaking from personal experience 😉
@@DavidChiriboga It definitely helps to have a hotter climate, I think it's something of the essence of the Spanish guitar.. I live in cold and damp England, and I have to warm the room up to over 70 degree, or the guitar sounds dull and lifeless. :)
Bravo

@@sirrobinofloxley7156 Also, you don't want to play with cold hands. That can kill your
technique!!
