If you're pointing out priyanka here, then that's not a really smart thing to do. When u will live in America or a foreign country where the native language is English, u will slowly start adjusting to that particular accent. My friend is in Canada right now, it's been two years since she went there, and now her accent has changed. She doesn't fake her accent OK? It's just normal....There's a thing in science "adapting to your surroundings", and that's exactly what a person does when he lives in an another country.. Hope u get it.

grace khuvung English is a british language, yet Americans speak in their own accent, different countries in Europe speak it in their accent. What's wrong with it? You might not like the accent but that's how we speak. Every one has different accents. Shouldn't everyone speak in a British accent according to your logic?

Or else it's gonna be cringe as f. Sticking to our own accent with clear pronunciation hits the jackpot. Its way better than faking it. When u fake an accent, you tend to fake your words too. You'll be more diverted towards How you're speaking instead of what you're speaking. So, stick to your own accent is wat I'll always say to my juniors.
