Better to choose gov before psg because patient flow is better there compared to private, but hostel, and other facilities are better in psg. So if u have a chance to get a gov college choose that for mbbs because u will complete your whole course within 3 to 4 lakhs max you can choose psg for MD.

Stanley is definitely the better one in terms of Clinical exposure, Experience and other factors.. Since I didn't get a seat in the government colleges I had hoped for, I had opted for the next best option which was PSGIMSR.

Honestly i would recommend you to watch a lot of tv shows with subtitles trust me thats how i improved ( i used anime with subtitles)
