As the anniversary approaches I've been reflecting on that tragic day, how so many came together to honour, morn and unite. That spontaneous block party is what inspired my first visit to Minneapolis. A beautiful gathering in the midst of a devastating tragedy
The only party I've ever gone to my whole life where gunshots didn't ring out and someone died or hit. To the world he was a musical genius,to America an Icon but to us here in Mpls,Mn he was a humanitarian, a comic, a man and just our friend. RIP my friend until I see you again,save me a place in heaven. Sheila
