I have the Beat Flex and its just a bit different than these. Instead of this slip-in type of connection, they had a snap-on connector. However, it was still the exact same issue as this guy. When I pulled the wires away from the board, the connector became completely detached. So, I carefully reattached it by lining it up and pressing it onto the board. I could feel it snap into place. After that, I tried the headset again, and lo and behold, it worked!!
my second pair just broke (first pink light comes up), loose connection on the power button side, ive dismantled it but no idea what wire does what so cant pinpoint the exact wire to re-solder etc...
The issue I keep having is that after I pair it to my phone it'll randomly disconnect in-between songs, after a few minutes it'll do the disconnect chime and then reconnect, but two or three songs later it does the same thing again. I've done the reset on it multiple times. Don't buy the beatsx wireless ear buds
Hey man great tutorial ! Followed all the step and got.my beats working again, I was down to 1 earphone for a couple of weeks before it completly stopped working I've got it working again both earphones , before I put it back together, what glue did you use to stick the connection back together?
Kane Hughes I think I just used a superglue by locktite. Nothing fancy and I’m happy to say I haven’t had my issues with them still to this day-charging and working fine! Glad I could help you :)
I put mine into that rubber case wadded up. I think this is what's causing this. They need to get it together and make a decent case for them. I had the wired beats as well. 3 pairs went out on me so far. Extreamly irritated at apples quality controll and testing before they put them on the market. They make more money with a 1 year glue on purpose. Iv spent nearly $400 on broken beats now.
@@herzloglover big side is the part he cuts, pull its side to side until you hear a click, then pull out about 2mm and then push the other side of the wire into the housing and everything will come out nicely

Excellent!
i ve tried the same . but nothings changed . still the same
If I get these fixed or not, I will never buy another pair of beats. I might as well get some 50 💀 candy
I agree. I got these as a gift. I’d never pay up for these all things considered
You making everyone cut for nothing. All you do is pull the big side until it clips out and push from the small side and the inside will come out
What side is the big side?
