Oooh thanks for sharing Martinique with us...now you know we want to go...lol
It really is a beautiful island! You guys won’t be disappointed.
Thank you for this great video - extremely informative
You’re very welcome! Enjoy Martinique!
I went to Martinique in 1990 on a whim I had seen a film set on the island as I lived in Australia at the time getting there was complicated.I had been on a climbing trip in Argentina Peru and Ecuador so had to go to Miami then to Puerto Rico then by light plane to the island. I loved it and spent 2 weeks exploring the island in a 2 door Peugeot although it was pretty expensive especially the food a lot of which was imported from France. The halcyon days of the 60;s and 70,s when the Aussie dollar was worth a dollar twenty American had long gone.🎉
Wow, what an adventure! Martinique is still a bit expensive, but lucky it’s much easier to get to.
You guys are great, me and my wife love your content. Keep up the great work! ❤
Thanks so much! Many more destinations to come!
A comment for referencement , it's my island :)
Looks amazing.
Hi I loved your vlog ! Can you tell me what time of the year you were in Martinique ? The weather seams so nice ❤
This was in May. Dry season is from December-April which is a good time to go.
Thx for sharing. Do you think this would be a good place to live for an expat?
Yes we really like it! One downside though is when there’s drought they have frequent water outages. We experienced a few of those while there. If that wasn’t the case it would be high on our list as a place to relocate.
Did you ever see any tokay geckos there? Have heard they have them there. I took my family to Bali and we could hear them calling at night and my son liked to see them climbing on the walls. They are really big geckos.
I don’t think so. Just regular old lizards.
