Trinidadians of Indian descent ancestors are from India. They came as Indentured Labourers from Uttar Pradesh, Madras etc, hence the similarities in cooking.

U keep coming and being shown the same type or close to the same foods over and over. They need to show you, all the other multi national dishes or foods in T&T. Take a tour at least to Toco, arrange the visit, rhe food havens in Chaguaramas, Diego Martin, Sangre Gande, etc. We have a variety for we are a multi ethnic society.

Trinidad food looks absolutely delicious. I've had my share of doubles in Brooklyn's infamous Ali Roti shop (Brooklyn, Utica Avenue), with the tamarind sauce. Once thing's for sure, this food is extremely fattening. Curious to know how you keep your weight maintained. You must have some sort of exercise routine because you're eating good ALL over the world. Safe travels. Love your channel.

Jamaica has the best food in the Caribbean, hands down. Everything in Trinidad taste the same and they aren’t good at cooking fish.
