Hi...where did you purchase the replacement cell for the scrubber? Is it the factory oem or aftermarket? Thank you.

I work for an HVAC contractor so I am able to purchase the OEM part from our supplier. I was shocked to see how many companies have ripped off the design when I searched for the replacement part online. The aftermarket units could not possibly be as good since the wholesale cost is substantially more than the aftermarket ones on amazon etc. Normally my HVAC company only provides the part and labor to replace. I will have to see if they are willing or legally able to ship them out direct. The office is not open until after the new year so I won't be able to get back to you right away.
