I’m a heavy equipment tech I like harbor freight and for nice snap on because I’ve never had warranty issues with them I just turn it in and get a new one no questions asked . Harbor freight always want the whole set but it’s that easy .
I like some of the harbor freight stuff but the problem I always have is that they will skip sizes. I have been using Milwaukee tekton gear wrench and Sunex. I have not had a issue with the warranty on any of them.
I use harbor freight sockets every day. They skip sizes and don’t go big enough so I got some online to fill in where they don’t have the sizes. I use my 30mm a lot and I have warrantied it 3 times in 6 months but they just have me get one out of a package so I don’t have to deal with getting an entire new set.
@@crf100my main question im seeking an answer to is if sockets need to be purchased from an "authorized Milwaukee seller/dealer" like a Home Depot etc to be covered under the lifetime warranty? I do know that they will not honor warranty on power tools sold through Amazon etc. But sockets?? I purchased the metric 1/2 impact you have. Hopefully they hold up. Thank you for this video. Keep us posted.
