Hey I'm somewhat of a dons fan being from MK. The main problem with the team is because the stadiums so big, and the supporter base relatively new and small, there's never a great atmosphere at games. Stadium is great for other uses but for dons games it's always a bit sad. I've never fully got into supporting them because of it, and have been a Liverpool fan my whole life, despite not being from the northwest.
TBF I have good memories of Stadium MK 9.5k wolves fans in the away end for a terrible 1-0 win and a Rammstein gig in 2019 where we were actually able to walk through the McDonalds drive thru, because it was so busy!!

As an oddball from America who plays FM without really following or watching football/soccer I found the hate of MK Dons in your latest NLTL interesting so I watched this video and did some research and honestly I found it interesting, and it kind make me want to follow MK Dons a bit more out of spite for the amount of batshit crazy commenters on this and articles saying they hope the stadium blows up and everyone goes bankrupt and such
@@reintaler6355 Wimbledon FC moved to MK, became MK Dons. Because the Wimbledon FC fans didnt support them. That's why people dont like MK Dons. But, it is really the fault of the Wimbledon fans. Had they supported their team, they would've never moved and AFC Wimbledon would've never needed to be created.

It's not something that is ever enforced - they'd never be able to stop everyone filming and taking pictures on their phones. They could ask me to stop filming. But they don't.

mk dons because they stole the club from elsewhere in the country - they were wimbledon and got relocated to mk by the owners. cambridge aren't generally, they're just a posh rival so kev hates them
Wimbledon were without a home and their local council were unwilling to find room for a ground so several moves were mooted including to Dublin, in the end a 3 man FA panel approved the move to MK rather than the club go bust. Due to the out cry and a concern about moving to a US style franchise model the FA outlawed further moves of this type.

The only really shitty thing MK did was trying to keep the record of Wimbledon and pose as their continuation instead of what they really were at the time, essentially just a license carryover. AFC Wimbledon, the real Wimbledon team, has since ironically forced a small team to relocate themselves, so they are no better either despite what the internet wants you to believe.
I think Kev has another reason why he hates MK Dons... ...this is because of his team (Peterborough United) and MK Dons are rivals due to geographical proximity.
