There does seem to be a trend across the major brands of creating 'badged' drivers, fairways, hybrids and irons but not putters interestingly. Maybe as you say it is pointing at the rental / holiday venue market. Not sure how many 'serious' golfers look to buy the same branding across the bag they tend to look at getting properly fitted and are likely to end up with the right irons (or split sets) to suit their needs with often different Wedges etc. WITB for me at the moment: Honma XP-1 Driver (9°Flat / Open) - Stiff Ping G410 2 Hybrid - Regular Ping i-Crossover 2 Iron (Set flat) - X Stiff TM P790 4 Ir to PW (light stiff) Vokey SM9 Wedges (50, 54, 60) Ping Tyne 2 Sigma Putter There is no way you would pick that variety across the bag (4 brands) unless you had been fitted or carried out some decent testing !
I’ve heard this all before James! Lol! I like Cobra products but I am sticking with my PGX 0211 X Cor 2, and vintage Ben Hogan Apex Edge forged set. Thanks for the review
Cobra in delofted power bats shock. It will 'mug' enough people into trying them and buying them pandering to the ego of hitting the ball longer rather than having a balanced set with feel and control.
When it comes to great irons and a great price for mid to high handicap players, you would find it hard to beat the Wilson Staff D 9 forged...That would be a great comparison for you next show..Thanks...
Jamie should be taking delivery of a set of these in the next week, couple of degrees flat, regular lightweight shafts, 4 to Gap Wedge - he's a tad excited, and a very, very lucky boy. 😂
I just ordered the Cobra aerojet irons 5 through approach wedge my shaft Choice was the KBs money taper 120s should get them in another week they were solid in the hitting Bay plus half inch one degree up right
Hi James avid watcher of your channels I’m 65 30 handicap play ping g425 about 10 years old now would like a new set irons at 6 or 7 hundred pounds what would you recommend please Thanks Andy
Did you mean Ping G25, which are about 10 or 11 years old. I got mine fitted in 2013. Ping G425s are a couple of years old. Greetings from down under. Peter.
Morning. Lucky James. Most golf courses in Kent are shut. Are you going to test the PXG Gen6 ?

Morning James from Oklahoma. I plan on heading to the course today and use some of your advice so I can Get Good at Golf.

Great review James and nice to see the TSR in the bag

Those are nice besides those ugly power slots
These irons just look amazing, great video as always James
will you try out the new wilson staff dynapower irons
I have the 2022 Cobra Forged Tec iron set with KBS Tour Lite Stiff shafts. Love em! Won't be trading up anytime soon
Would like to see up against the dynapower
These vs Wilson Dynapower please?
Morning James! Hope you and Laura have a great day!
Those came in second place for me, Wilson Dynapower is number 1
James will you review the aerojet hybrids?

Agree that new golf clubs are way too expensive. I think the secondhand sellers are going to be very busy over the next few years!
A nice looking set of clubs James 😎😎
Good morning James, thanks for the video.

Where are the Wilson dynapower?
Great vid James
You should game them .their rental clubs at best.😳
The aerojet iron head is probably the smallest of all the game improvement irons on the market.
Nike Slingshot tech...everything old is new
For a pro, I feel you really should work on getting rid of that Curtsey you do when coming down into the ball ! Just my humble view ! Nice vid 👍
Been waiting for this video James. I don’t know if I should purchase these, my ability isn’t great and I use ping i525s
These irons start at $999 USD.
Well done James 👏
It maybe interesting to show just how to hit clubs that are offset. TIA!
Good morning Laura and James!
I think the t400 irons might be a 26’ seven iron
At first glance, they looked like TM M2s.
Have to agree

30 handicap ? It’s lessons you need not irons😊 well intended comment

It’s quite obvious your not enthralled with the Aerojet irons…🤣🤣🤣
The only problem with these type of irons is unlike you pros the average golfer cannot generate the speed to get these irons high enough.
Way too expensive!!! Save your money and get a golf lesson.
