    19:25 " katsu" means ( win or victory)
    " Tonkatsu "means ( deep fried pork cutlet)

      I did a little more search. 'katsu' may mean 'cutlet' but only if written in Katakana as it is derived from the foreign word 'cutlet'. SO, you're right, if written in Hiragana, it would mean 'victory' and if written in Katakana, it will mean cutlet.
