@@LisaABill You're right. Indeed, it's preferable to use clean hands. Latex gloves can be washed and reused several times, and cotton gloves are also washable and reusable. My hands became very dry and sore from baking so much. I applied hand cream and medication to alleviate the discomfort. Wearing gloves helped protect my hands, ensuring cleanliness and safety when handling food. Thank you for watching my video and for your comments. 😊
This has to be one of the very best videos on buttercream making for piping sugar flowers I have ever seen! You did an excellent job with this. I love how you showed us the comparison, well done! I just came across your channel because youtube recommended. I only make simple piping when using buttercream because I got put off holding & controlling greasy piping bags. Thank you so so much for this. It’s not easy to get a room temperature butter when I don’t have a microwave and nowadays there’s palm oil in the butter so it doesn’t soften easily. But having a secret recipe for buttercream using COLD butter is marvelous. You have a new subscriber.

Hi, It’s better than mixed with soft butter. If you still feel your buttercream is too soft, you might need to mixed with shortening in it. But italian meringue buttercream is stable than others type of buttercream to piping flowers. Thank you. 😊

Wearing gloves is completely wasteful and just puts more plastic products into the environment. Just wash your hands.

What does it mean sugar A ND Sugar B ?
Sugar A is for mixing with egg white in beginning process. Sugar B is for syrup which is have to boil with water.
