It honestly just makes me want to replay the original Rome: Total War. The campaign always gets frustrating thanks to the unrest factor, but good grief are those sieges and field battles a blast. Might have to give this one a try if it'll play nicely on an older system.
Turps is very quickly becoming my favourite Yog. He fits every role he has thrown at him and brings an element of production value to the videos. Never really been interested in the role playing type games but this was a joy to watch and very well made.
Brilliant! What a great idea! I feel though that the next one should be even more story driven. Have Turps walk around in different settings, talking in past tense about a great battle or whatever. Like a true historian. Basically what you did here, developed even further. Turps was superb in this video, btw! He really shines as a presenter.
An overhead view of the table and a sidebar graphic showing the units before, during and after the battle would be the finishing touches to an excellent series.
Holy hell the production value put into this is incredible! It's truly inspiring to see the Yogs going all out with aspects of their content. Way to go!!
