Your channel has introduced us to so many scenic drives in so many areas! I can't wait to settle in Tennessee in 2026 and start exploring the Appalacians!!!
Can you put a list of these trails in the comments so it would make it easier to look them up and find? Really enjoy ur videos and hope to run into yall one day when you're near the foothills of North Carolina again.
@Coddiwomple Overland I understand how that is about how does the new trailer wight you got. After seeing it I think that would be the best thing to use with my yj.
I have a stock Subaru Crosstrek. I love taking it off road. But I don't want to tear it up. We are planning a trip to Gatlinburg for later this year. Any suggestions on some trails that are mostly gravel with a couple of easy challenges.
Thanks for sharing these. I have a stock JKU with recovery boards but no winch. Would any of these trails you described be too much for my jeep? I have had it out on some rough trails including the alpine loop (engineer pass) in CO and it did ok there. Thanks!
I’m trying to find a few of these but North Carolina 105 just shows a major hwy I don’t see any trail and frog level road just pulls up a random normal road in a town I can’t find a twin falls anywhere close
The 105 is notied as a hyw from Linville Falls to Lake James State park. Frog Level Rd. Is FS- 50 in the Cherokee NF. It is just east of the Dennis Cove campground
I have a question for ya completely off topic, when you originally purchased your mojave you has the lift installed to run the 37's I believe? My question is the dealer drilled out sleeve in shock bushings to accommodate the bigger 14mm mounting bolts, have you had any issues?
You guys point us towards so many adventures when us Eastern NC residents take our Jeeps west in our beautiful state. Thanks!
You are welcome!
Just added them all to my list of to do's when get back there. 7 more weeks... Thank you
Your welcome!
There are so many beautiful waterfalls and views throughout the Appalachians system of mountains - we are lucky. Thank you for sharing!
Agree! It is such a beautiful area to explore.

Hi Bill and Deb, loved the video! Thank you for the content.😊
Thanks for watching!
Awesome video as always. Can't wait to explore the Smokey Mountain 1000.
Thanks!
Gonna have to try some of these that we have not been on. Thanks
Definitely
Check out parsons branch road! Off the cades cove loop. Ends on the dragon!
Yes, we will be checking it out after the Jeep invasion
Dive into outdoor bliss!
👍
I did alot of these on my trip down from Canada. Went by myself with my 04 dodge 2500 Diesel. Stock truck as well.
That's great! Thanks for watching.
Awesome! Any of these you’d stay away from in a Subaru Outback? Planning on being in the WNC sections of the SM1000 at the end of Oct in our Subaru.
You should be fine

Hope to see you all out sometime. We will try and get a list. With work and traveling we have not had much time. Sorry.

This one weighs 2,600 lbs
@@CoddiwompleOverland ok do they have some that are a little lighter. Does the x grid in Knoxville have a website I can visit.

You could any of these trails. Only one that would concern me would be Shad Rd. It has a deep mud hole with no bypass.
You have the rich mountain fire Tower right after Wilson Creek but they don’t seem to be that close to each other at all?
This is just the top 10 trails not placed in geographic order
What would you do, northern or southern half of the SM1000, if you only had 4-5 days of vacation?
Southern

No issues at all.
@@CoddiwompleOverland awesome thanks for the help. Great rig
Thanks!
Bill, have you ever encountered a bear along the Smoky, DBBB or KAT?
We have a couple of times on the Virginia side of the KAT but that is all
Where is Frog Level Road?
I would have to go look the exact location up.
@@CoddiwompleOverland even if you could list the State and general area that would narrow it down.
that is what i dont like about these videos.... dont give enough details to find them.... tell us what map you are useing

It's "Nimblewill" - maybe you were making a joke? Dunno. Also - "Conasauga" is pronounced "Kon-a-saug-ah." :)
Thanks!
Sure thing! Enjoyed the video very much.
