I rewinded with same swg in same shaded pole motor with same wire weight, but the speed decreased very much. Why? I have to give duble turns to reach the weight. What is the problem? You said go as per weight.

Ok firstly check EMF with meter if ok, it should be fault of moving arrangements like bushes,shaft.
