Looks great. I did something similar but used foamcore for the blade for weight. I ended up not being able to keep it light enough for a servo skeleton hand to lift it. I will definitely try these as filler pieces. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Asmarteru, foam core is a good idea for places where weight may be a concern, I'm amazed that a Skeli servo would have trouble lifting that, you have to admit that is some fined tuned mechanics! lol. These swords are fun and easy and I needed to finish off my pirate armaments! lol. Thanks for watching :)

Have fun with the design @firstpitstop! I built the first few using the template and then went crazy to see just how wild of a design that the material would allow. So I have a wild almost longsword rapier that was a test to see just how crazy I could go. Glad you enjoyed the video and I hope the sword worked out for you in time for your pirate fest!

I visualized a barrel filled with these and how awesome it would look! Sometimes it's nice to have a prop where you can make a ton easily. Thanks for watching Fabworks!

Yes, very piratey, indeed!🏴‍☠😄 A beautiful prop perfect for any swashbuckler! Are you setting up a pirate scene in your yard this year?😉

Sadly this year no. I am always gunshy about doing a big display as there is a 50/50 chance it will be covered in 6" of snow come Halloween. I want to build some leanto style building where I can create scenes under the protection of a roof. So until then I enjoy seeing all the displays everyone else build and I continue to enjoy making my cozy house into a crazy halloween themed wonderland.

Is hardboard the same as stoneboard? Nothing comes up when I search for stoneboard

Yes it is hardboard, if I called it stone board I apologize. I grew up calling it Masonite so the confusion is well founded! lol.

I have encountered this with 1 or 2 people, I'm not sure why but the certificate is up to date and is properly locked on most of the computers who access it. I'm simply not sure what is causing the odd person having issues.
