While I don't see any medical justification for poisoning and/or dismembering a 20-week plus, possibly pain-capable, in-utero child, I am not opposed to non-violent _early delivery_ *if* a mother's life/physical health are at risk. A baby delivered at this stage should then be given palliative care, at least. If the baby is too young or ill to survive, the baby will die. But such procedures are certainly more ethical and less painful than killing the child in the manner described above That, I believe, is what the legal authorites in Texas should have permitted.

Where did Ken Paxton get his medical degree?
Talk about JURY NULLIFICATION! It is a powerful weapon against these bans! Jury nullification helped defeat prohibition. Jury nullification helped Dr. Jack Kevorkian in several assisted suicide cases. It is a powerful constitutional right that all juries have in this country. Why won't won't anyone in the media talk about it????? Will you?????
Why hasn't the FBI dealt with Paxton yet?
I think you're wrong about Biden's chances. Dead wrong. The polls have consistently underestimated democratic support for the last several years.
I dont think you understand how many people hate israel and the majority of its residents. Biden is really messing up. Biden has the same religion problem of these monsters. Noone. Noone. No one with faith can be trusted to lead. Faith should be a crime against humanity. It functions that way.
If Biden loses it would be to an independent or strong 3rd party not the GOP
Any doctor or hospital who refuses to perform an abortion for this woman should lose its operating license
shouldnt be illegal but def unethical for any woman to have a bio child right now
unfortunately the poorer they are the more unethical
This is what Christo-fascist theocracy looks like.
I am pro-life, but make exceptions when a mother's life or long-term physical health is at risk.
I admit that I don't know all the details of this case. From what I do know, here are my thoughts.
But such procedures are certainly more ethical and less painful than killing the child in the manner described above
That, I believe, is what the legal authorites in Texas should have permitted.
There is no way to make exceptions for at-risk or s3x assault cases if it is illegal. It forces these horrors on innocent women.

I support clear exceptions for women's lives and long-term health in states that ban other abortions.
However, as a _consistent,_ across-the-board progressive, I will NEVER support state laws which permit the poisoning and/or dismemberment of a possibly viability and/or pain-capable unborn child for other reasons, including "being the wrong gender".
She needs to go to CA or Las Vegas for her healthcare.
UA-cam won’t allow me to say what I want to about this…
Plaster it onto the supreme court ...
... is what I heard could in principle be done.
Just cruel
Abortion for convenience is cruel.
@@mathildeyoung1823 The restrictions placed by conservative US states is a million times crueler
@@anmolt3840051 Killing a defenseless human being to make your life easier is infinitely more cruel than the law telling a man or a woman not to kill their child, born or unborn.
@@mathildeyoung1823 *fetus, so no
@@anmolt3840051 A fetus is a mammal. Mammals are members of species - what other species would a human fetus be a member of if not the human species? The only current member of our species is the human being. i.e. Abortion kills a human being. Can you say loud and proud "I support the killing of defenseless human beings for convenience. Yay for killing."?
These are people who view women as cattle...somethings ot he bred and replaced wheh its usefulness expires... makes me sick!
I honestly don´t understand, how can there be ppl who will still vote for republicans after hearing sh1t like this...
Do you guys think this could flip Texas blue just because of this crazy abortion ruling.
Well, we have been thinking Texas could flip for years now.
"Land of the free"
more like land of the sex slaves.
Maybe if enough people gave thoughts and prayers than the baby could live.
no. the baby will not live. unless the baby somehow gets lucky or she can have an abortion.
@@thebirdguardien.14 was my comment not obvious satire? Like don’t you hear republicans always say thoughts and prayers and nothing happens.!
Are they applying the same principles to the death penalty? To hospital treatment at the end of life?
They don't care about pain and suffering, what a surprise.
I need to move counties asap
Thanks!
Insanity. The only question is does the mother die along with the child or just the child? There is no third outcome.
I hate those Cox blockers! 😡
Damn this a wild ass story
Urge to k-...
She left the Great State of Texas to get the abortion elsewhere.
Kyle obviously did not read the Texas Supreme Court decision.
This story makes me very unhappy
😮MASA😳 they're going to need a new slogan
Have sex after marriage solve the abortion problem won’t have to think about kids till your married
How does that solve anything? This woman IS married...her fetus has a fatal anomaly. Marriage can't save a baby from genetic fuck ups happening.
You dont have to be married to have kids.
Is travelling to a different state very expensive in the US?
For Texas, you have to realize how big it is. At its biggest length (McAllen, tx to Lawton, OK) is a 1000km drive. Biggest width ( El Paso, tx to Shreveport, LA) is 1300km. So depending on where you sit in Texas it. Can be a long ass drive to get to another state.
This doesn’t even factor in the distance to a state that actually has legal abortions, which could potentially double the distance
Ken must be forced to come and view the Trisome 18 failed pregnancy in the other State that cared for her
