Absolutely brilliant. Brb going to scout for a location to film, you've inspired me. Especially with that move forward and zoom out clip over the water
Perfect timing on this video. I'm headed up to the fall colors near Yosemite here in California at the end of this week. My Mini 4 Pro came in yesterday! 🔥
Wonderful shots, images and video color you have managed to get out of the mini 4 Pro. A great cinematic document with very good composition of the footage. The camera settings on the mini 4 pro are essential to achieve this and you have succeeded very acceptably. Thanks for showing us your work and creativity.
Nicely done! Thanks for showing your settings in Cine mode. Most people just modify N mode. I like to fly slow and with the purpose of capturing a cinematic shot. I don't alter the N settings, thats what I use to fly to and from, and I am rarely in S mode, if at all, maybe high winds. Thanks again for the tips.
Hi Ian. My wife saw the first part of the video with the wonderful images. She was actually more excited than watching me do a firmware update on my Air 3! Thanks for the tips. Cheers from Wisconsin, U.S.A.
I was thinking that autumn had come early to you, and then your subtle grading skills answered that question for me. Some really good tips for me to work on. I am definitely going to get a Pro Mist filter. It’s been in the back of my mind for months but now that it’s Illumination season, with all those bright lights, I’m going to get one. I think I’ll get more use out of it than the 3 ND filters from DJI that just sit in my camera bag unloved. They’ve only been used once for a slow shutter dusk project. The 180 shutter rule while I’m 50 meters in the air is a bit pointless. Really good episode. Cheers
I do have a question that is confusing me. Is a Snow Mist filter the same as or different from a Pro Mist filter? I’m not getting much information and guessing that they are marketing names for the same filter type?
Fantastic filmed and edited autumn drone video! 🤩 Which editor do you use? Regards 🙏 Jerry Kallstrom, Sweden A1/A3 Certified Drone Pilot because I'm a soon owner of the to my newly ordered DJI Air 3S (my first drone ever), as a complement to my photography (since 15 years back) 😃
@@Ian.A.Anderson Ok, thanks for reply. 😀 Would be interesting to hear your thoughts of the Air 3S in your upcoming review. 🤗 However, I don't own a Mac, which is a prerequisite for Final Cut (as they sadly seem to refuse to release the PC version of it), I have only owned PC since 1990 for several reasons and that I am a former programmer (Basic, C, C+, Cobolt, Fortran, Pascal, etc.) since 1979 (ZX 81, ZX Spectrum, Amiga 500, Amiga 500 Plus, Amiga 600, Amiga 1200, Amiga 2000 and the early versions of PC's since the beginning of 1990). 🤫😁
Great video mate, looking forward to the next shoot with them pretty coloured leaf’s 🍂

I like the gimble down shot and the way the down draught moved the leaves. Will be trying that one. Great cinematic video. Thanks for sharing.
Great to hear, enjoy shooting!

Thanks Frank. I did actually shoot this last year and plan to release it now.
Yes, editing this has made me think of the mist filter again!

Well done Ian!!!
By the way, did you quit the band to have a drone channel?
Awesome tips, mate.
