hey i use same set up but i use black maw AR with hotshot as weapon and use dread font ring instead of ring of crisis and zania's malice for more damage instead of seal of empress. also the relic reprocessed heart synergizes with the amulet so well. one use of relic recharges my hotshot 0-95 percent charge.

I am currently trying to optimize a mastermind build that uses misty step and regen while also balancing the summons aspect. I've found that Anastasija's Inspiration on a regen build means that it is permanently procced. The Burden of the Divine is also great, as it helps your summons survive.

Earned a sub good sir! Was gathering the items to dot his very build but you beat me to it lol. My idea was to also incorporate the ring that coverts 200% of your health regenerated into mod power( sorry forgot the name). Not sure if it would work with grey health though.

Healing is healing, grey health shouldnt not count
The "salvaged heart" grants 300% grey health conversion, pair that with amulet and that ring and you can full heal allies with burden of the divine for a single dodge, if you dont heal all the grey before the relic pops and with the heart having a 50% innate use speed it still happens more than you think

The roll spam from that is just better anyways, also doesnt dmg.
The misty has more immunity frames, but I agree seeing your roll can be helpful! The damage you take on this build is grey health though so its not bad at all!

Im trying to figure out the absolute tankiest build possible in remnant 2.
Theres so many options that ive tried like 20 builds already. Shield, health regen, lifesteal, armour, grey health, so many ways to build yourself tanky that its gonna take a while to perfect the build.

From all your variations, the damage reduction version its the one that looks better.
How about swap the first class for engineer for more 15DR and use the flamethrower or the gatling gun?
I agree, the DR high HP one is my favorite! The reason I do not use engineer in the grey hp build is because you have to be too close to the turret for the 15DR so its actually far riskier than it seems! If you dodge once your out of range!

Well if you carry it with you the whole time then yeah you of course get the DR, but if you plan to do that you might want to plan a whole build around heavy weapons! You can totally run it as full DR also though!
How do you reduce the total % health penalty for misty step? Mine costs me like 15% health and it looks like yours only costs you 12%?
It may have been a concoction I had on, or potentially something like regrowth? Sorry for the delayed response! I missed this one somehow! Been a while since I played so I am blanking at the moment.
I can't seem to find it in the video. How are your resistances so high? (all of them 60)
Panacea from Alchemist gives you more resistance for each healing effect you have going on, so the 60 is just from it stacking up from previous fights and the healing effects I had going on!
For Rings why not just use Hardcore Metal Band instead of Hardened Coil? Both works the same way, the only difference is that HMB gives 20% DR with 5 stacks of Bulwark instead of the 15% DR from Hardened coil which require you to be at 50% health.
Also, there's this ring called Encrypted Ring that regenerates 10% of your maximum health after using a Mod. This greatly synergizes with the amulet which generates tons of mod power for us. So basically infinite healing.
It is because you would need to take 5 hits first and thats bad vs apoc bosses for the most part! It also falls off after 10 seconds.
Encrypted ring is nice, but then you use up another ring slot and 10% of my max hp is 17.5 on this build over 10 seconds is 1.75 per second. I am already getting about 5hp+ per second from what I have on and it works at all times without me having to use any mods.
I 100% think you can go for whatever you like to use! There are so many ways to make your perfect build, but from my testing it just wasnt enough value to remove another ring!
can you show this build tanking root earth boss fights at apoc difficulty?
The idea of running this as misty step is to dodge in those fights and not tank them, but the 175 hp helps a lot! I actually personally prefer my full tank (the high hp high DR with a heavy roll)! The issue with recording those fights for build videos is it requires me to play through a full campaign to get to then when I beat them for 1 video I have to start a campaign over :( If it was an adventure option I would be far more inclined!
What's the fragments you use on your relic?
Depends on the build, but for tanky builds usually Health Recovery, armor and DR or swap out recovery for more HP!
i dont know if im lucky but theres a big bug with the ring of omens when you use the concoction that increases dodge speed/window and uses less stamina, basically while you have that concoction and then relaunch your game, (for me my ring of omens bugs at says it only takes 1.3% of my health) and no its not a visual bug it actual takes no health at all which is insane

I’ve been trying to replicate that, spent an hour experimenting and from what I can tell Adding armor increases the % and adding stamina reduction decreases the health penalty % also adding Health decreases the %, I was spamming at 1.3% and then i died and it went to 16%
Traits don’t seem to affect it at all just Rings and Consumables

@@Planterobeets i never had a problem with me dying and it resetting to default, the only time it'd go back to normal is when i forgot to use the concoction but honestly you do not need less than 1.3% because with the consant health regen from summoner's trait you can easily outheal it no problem even with spamming dodges

It does allow you to pick a different necklace in exchange for losing the slightly better invulnerability window, but yeah 100% up to your playstyle!!
Hope this works against cancer with hearty+vicious. My currenz build could tank almost anything, i even carried some friends for items cause i just wouldnt die anyway. Even when curse blight got me on only a quarter of my health nothing could stop me.
But with those modifiers, all of its attacks except the standard swings (which you can easily dodge anyway, so thanks for nothing) will instantly kill me.
I swear i love this game, played over a 100 hours but this boss with those modifiers on apocalypse is the first and hopefully only straight up unfair fight. Every 3 or 4 tries it literally spawn traps me after the fog wall animation. I hate it

@@NottheWinnerGaming thanks! Sadly, i still can die with a single hit. I always get it to around 50% but man i make a mistake eventually. I might just spec completely into damage and try to not get hit at all. Maybe i can kill it before i make a mistake
@@hjue44 Yeah, they patched today so a ton of tanky builds got nerfed, maybe try a dps build! Shock damage can be wild like in my new build! I will have other builds soon too!
@@NottheWinnerGaming about that: on ps5 the patch hasnt actually dropped yet. At least not for my friends and me. So i was really pushing through before i have to get a new setup. I mean, i have most of the stuff in the game so that wouldnt be much of a problem. I am curious when the patch actually goes live for us.
Or maybe i should wait cause i think one of the bugs to be fixed is that campaign rewards for higher difficulty arent unlocking. Maybe i shouldnt risk getting that to happen cause it will not work retroactively. Would be funny if i had to run the entire campaign again

You can use 4 concoctions if you're Alchemist, mine lets me use 4.

Somehow I'm thinking Idignant Fetish is eventually going to make its way into every build for the 25% damage boost and 10% DR. Hardened Coil and Amber Moonstone are already in every apoc build and Restriction Cord might be next once people realize you don't need to have full HP to face tank everything. I think Alchemist is just being explored right now but is a bit overrated. Engi+Challenger/Medic is probably the best survival tank in the game due to the turrets giving the highest DR available from any class.
The issue with turrets is the DR is such a low range, so you are forced to keep it with/next to you at all times! I ran restriction cord for a while also, not a bad option at all!
As far as alchemist goes, once traits get buffed in patch it will fall off a ton for other options!
@@NottheWinnerGaming Yeah, it mandates that you run more stagger resist and go full terminator to take advantage but is by far the tankiest I’ve seen.
@@JodouTRaye that minigun absolutely melts heads with its stim procced though, pairs well with an ice beam to lock elites down.
Thats mainly due to a bug that is being fixed! Its crazy tanky but I would check out my high hp tank build for when they patch it!

Sucks for me cant get the ring of omens. My cathedral is bugged even with blood moon reroll. 😢...great vid though, gonna try a similar build.
You can get it if you reroll your campaign. The blood moon works only in campaign right now.

There is a better build and you are literally immortal but its more of a bug because the way game is coded it actually detrimental for DR to wear armor. Use effigy amulet and processed heart i think, the one that gives you grey health.
How do those 2 make you immortal?
You can wear armor while using 100 percent dr build. It doest affect it

Try my High HP, High DR build to straight tank the dragon, but this one is meant to survive by dodging!

@@flaye They changed the DR scaling. Enemies are able to kill you in 2-3 hits, no matter auf many armor or dr equiment you wear.
You should fix your audio mixing. It’s rather difficult to hear a lot of what you’re saying
