Loved this series! I have a suggestion... I lived abroad in Spain for a bit and, as anyone who has been to Europe (I don't know about the rest of the world) can attest, it is VERY HARD to find peanut butter, other than in tiny quantities. Can you dig into why peanuts are such a big deal in the states and how so many of us came to fall in love with that lovely legume?
The Wisconsin law I believe is because of the big dairy overload that happened but I could be wrong, also learned it's illegal to eat your neighbors trash in Texas
I live in Hampton Roads, VA now and every year people complain about that law and point out it would be better to have teenagers trick or treating than being out causing problems. I trick or treated until my senior year of high school. Free candy!
I think the North Dakota thing relates to serving food made in a person's home and not in a factory in a restaurant, most likely because of public health regulations.
Okay tell me why the end made me so emotional. We love you Irene. You are the best!! 💙💙💙
Okay but same?? Hahahahaha

Hiii resident Texan here and had to share my fave weird law that is perfect for this!!! It’s illegal to thrash a pecan tree that you don’t own.
I fully support this law 😂
Apparently it's illegal to buy meat on Sundays in Washington. I live here though and I've never heard of this or seen it enforced lol.
Great job!
