Yeah but Adam behaves the way does on camera is because 90% of the time he is there to do a job and is laser focused on it. He is a major reason these worth it videos happen. This UK guy just comes off as unprofessional, like you're the sound guy.
@@faisalsalam4161 Not necessarily. If he wasnt doing his job he'd already be fired. Joe actually goes above and beyond his job. Adam is the one who does the bare minimum and doesn't make the video more enjoyable.
@@Duran762 I don't think you get the purpose of his job lol. Without Adam, those episodes don't get made. He is a producer on worth it as well, so he works a lot with the planning of things. It's not their job to be in front of the camera. It's his job to make sure the sound and video are amazing. You saying Adam does the bare minimum implies you don't know what you're talking about.
It does if you use about 8 grams of tea in this clay pot, and then: 20 x (pour it over with 200ml of hot water, infuse for 20 seconds, drink it for 2) I hope they gave them an additional kettle with boiling water to this 80quid tea, otherwise it isn't *Worth It* . Good aged tea can be infused up to 25 times.
Authentic Chinese tea served in a dark lightly dimmed room with beautiful wooden tables you pour tea onto, is a wonderful atmosphere. I went to an authentic tea shop like that in Prague and definitely enjoyed it. You do end up paying a lot of money for a taste of a unique tea, but it is all about the experience. I would go again If I could.
Sounds great. A girl I know serves his boyfriend tea like that, candles are lit, good tea-ware is used, a special atmosphere is created with light, scents and music. But little did she know, that it's a daily routine for the Chinese to pour 100-200ml of water on a 6g-8g heap of tea leaves just like she dose, instead of infusing a 3g tea bag once for 3-5 minutes, like the most common way for the majority of people is.
Tea can get you tea drunk. If you'd like to get tea drunk, I'd recocmend an aged puer or aged white tea. It'll just be a little distracting, and dim everything a bit, but nothing much.
Hooray for Andrew! I like everyone on this show just fine (Joe especially is a lot of fun), but Andrew is my boy even on the American version. It was nice to see his face!
As a Brit, I really enjoyed this episode. I love it when the Royal China Club manager says "We don't put milk in our tea. Or sugar" actually laughing at British habits... because he's so freaking RIGHT!
You don't have milk and sugar in every tea - only in specific black teas like English Breakfast. I'm British, I drink tonnes of tea, none with sugar and only certain black tea with milk.
Actually, in some part of China, especially near himalaya, people put butter in their tea since the tang dynasty. Which makes sense, because in a colder and isolated area, you need something with as much calorie as possible.
I really enjoyed this! All three of you were very likable and as someone who doesn't drink a lot of Tea, I found this to be very interesting. Also Joe the sound guy was funny.
