- The deeper the sound, the better for me!
Don't get me wrong - lighter, more airier sounds can also relax me - but my go to for a really deep sleep is a low frequency rumble. You find it in strong winds, underwater sounds and certain waterfalls.
I've tried to replicate it here using a blend of techniques. Elongated chocolate mixing sounds, with pitch shifting and EQ manipulation. I really like the outcome. Similar in some ways to my other sounds, but definitely its own unique thing.
So enjoy tonight's sound - Dark Chocolate Noise!
MADE USING: Dark chocolate, dark chocolate powder and fabric scratching
There’s music and there’s audio and there’s sounds that hit the deepest part of your chest that other sounds don’t so it’s like it opens up your chest to breathe easier and then it lets minds relax better I don’t know how to describe it but it hits better than music sometimes. I feel more decompression with these sounds than any other.

My sleep has suffered for so long. It’s gotten better since finding this channel. However, this sound is the home run I’ve been looking for! I’m able to fall asleep fast and stay asleep longer. I mentioned somewhere, possibly on another flavor, that there was a pause in the audio that was waking me up. I found out, this morning, that the pause is caused by either my tablet or my Bluetooth speaker. To the creator of this channel, thank you! Question: Can the frequency go deeper? I think I would love to experience that!❤
Great news you found out what the issue was. Thanks again for listening! ❤️ and yes, I'm always looking to experiment with sounds, and deeper is my preference. However, the deeper you go, the less audible it becomes to the human ear. I'll keep tweaking though. 😃
Thank you for your comment. It's my situation too. I take sleeping medicine to help me get the sleep I need, but not every night. Having these noise videos to play is something I've come to enjoy every night however. I also am happy to read so many comments from people who love this particular noise because this is my personal favorite out of hundreds that I've listened to.

This is wonderful, I have trouble falling asleep due to brain chatter, this calms it right down. I imagine I am on a private airliner to a dream destination, nothing but the rumble of the jet engines with my warm cat curled up next to me. (She seems to enjoy this sound too, comes running to curl up when I start it)
